My regular tech Roland Duncan always communicates well and in a timely manner with me regarding my exterior treatments. He's very courteous and always willing to go above and beyond the usual, should I need an extra visit to keep the pests at bay. Although I miss my previous conscientious and friendly female tech who was also terrific in every way, but who relocated quite some time ago, Roland has been an outstanding replacement. I've had this type of service from Terminix since I purchased my southern Oregon home in 2017, and for many, many years when I owned homes in both Northern and Southern California, and have been completely satisfied with their service. Never once have I had a reason to complain! A great company with both superior employee work ethic and quality of customer service in interpersonal relationships.

Jakob Tandy has been our bug guy for years, he is so incredible at what he does! The amount of knowledge he has, you can tell he does his own research and believes in the product. He always makes sure we know details about the bugs we have around our home and how the products work. He’s very respectful of our home inside and out, I feel comfortable having him around. He will not give you any sales pitch, just suggestions to help you in the long run. And I trust his opinion 100%! Jakob is overall a wonderful human being and we plan to keep our subscription because of him! We’ve had other extremely pushy sales reps come to our door, trying to tarnish the company’s name and force us to go with them. I will always recommend Terminex, I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them! Good bye spiders!🕷️
