I called to cancel my service in January at witch time I was persuaded to pause my service for six months witch was not necessary but they were persistent and I agreed thinking I would deal with it later however in June I received a text that my technician was on the way and since my situation had not changed I did not want the service but wanted to cancel as was my intention in the first place. So I caught the tech when he arrived and explained the situation, he was very understanding told me not to worry he would see that it got canceled and was on his way. They then billed me for $181 because that was my quarterly and I didn't cancel on time or at least that's how I understood their double talking bull$h!t excuse and basically there's nothing I can do about it because that's their final decision. Anyway be very careful when dealing with them they aren't afraid to try and bend you over for a good Rogering and hide behind a service dept. designed to frustrate you into submission. I won't be dealing with them again as they are deceptive and lack good business ethics.
