Original 11/12/25 I received a notification that a tech was coming to perform a service for my home when they had no appointment set with me. I immediately called Terminix and canceled that service, which I had not approved, and scheduled a new time for the service to be performed. In spite of Terminix contacting the tech and telling them not to come, the tech showed up to my property while I was unavailable. I tried calling the provided number for the tech without an answer. The tech spent less than 7 minutes on my property (I have it on my door cam) from the time they pulled into my driveway to the time they drove out. Terminix then charged me for this service that I had canceled and clearly stated I did not want. When I contacted customer service and canceled my account over this issue and poor service from this tech from multiple previous appointments, they said that they would issue a refund. However, it never came, and now months later they are saying that, since chemicals were used on my property, they will not issue a refund after all, despite previous promises. Update 11/20/25: In spite of being told on 11/12/25 when I re-filed my refund request that I would hear back from them in 24-48 hours, I still have not been contacted back. So, essentially, this company is supporting their employees in trespassing on client property and charging them for it. A complaint to the Better Business Bureau has been filed. Update 12/5/25: Terminix responded to the BBB complaint saying that they had initiated the refund on 11/20/25. In spite of this, I got my money back not through refund, but by having disputed the charge with my bank.

My regular tech Roland Duncan always communicates well and in a timely manner with me regarding my exterior treatments. He's very courteous and always willing to go above and beyond the usual, should I need an extra visit to keep the pests at bay. Although I miss my previous conscientious and friendly female tech who was also terrific in every way, but who relocated quite some time ago, Roland has been an outstanding replacement. I've had this type of service from Terminix since I purchased my southern Oregon home in 2017, and for many, many years when I owned homes in both Northern and Southern California, and have been completely satisfied with their service. Never once have I had a reason to complain! A great company with both superior employee work ethic and quality of customer service in interpersonal relationships.

Jakob Tandy has been our bug guy for years, he is so incredible at what he does! The amount of knowledge he has, you can tell he does his own research and believes in the product. He always makes sure we know details about the bugs we have around our home and how the products work. He’s very respectful of our home inside and out, I feel comfortable having him around. He will not give you any sales pitch, just suggestions to help you in the long run. And I trust his opinion 100%! Jakob is overall a wonderful human being and we plan to keep our subscription because of him! We’ve had other extremely pushy sales reps come to our door, trying to tarnish the company’s name and force us to go with them.
