Horrible customer service. This was the second company I called and I thought it would be better with being so large. I had an 8am-10am inspection window. The service tech named Jason texted me at 9:20am saying he was at the DMV and would text when he was on the way. I attempted to respond and texted him all the way up until 10:45 AM asking simply for his ETA as I have our newborn baby to solely take care of at noon. No response, so I called the customer service number and she attempted to contact both him and the manager and both did not respond either. She routed me to the local office who offered no help and only assisted me in canceling the service. I guess I’ll attempt to take care of the Rats infesting our home on our own. Thanks Terminex.

The service and support from Larry was excellent. He let us know when he was coming and explained what he was dong and why and after he provided great service in getting rid of mole and voles, he also told us what to do to repair our grass and keep out these rodents in the future. The only issue was that we had booked someone coming to provide an estimate 3 X and they never showed twice and one person in customer service would not escalate the concern. However on the 3rd time, the person was very empathetic and transferred the call to Larry who was excellent.

We have only been with Terminix for a few months but appreciate the service so far. John is polite and courteous and has spotted a couple problems I was not aware of. I also like that we have the same person each visit and that he texts ahead of time and also just before arrival so I know exactly when he’s coming. A great experience!

Yes, i had a pleasant experience with Opal today. She was very helpful and explained each procedure to me. She explained the process for my mosquito invasion as well as ants and spiders. What to expect, when to call back for another visit before next appt. If needed and how long the elimination process will take overall. Also, discovered a potential problem with a pipe leak in crawl space. Insulation holding moisture and sagging. Time to get it checked out. Good to know as I may not have known otherwise until a problem arises. So with all of that said, yes, my experience was a pleasant one. Opal is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Hope to have her back in future. Thank you

Was so happy with the sales person, Spencer Malinowski who gave me a GREAT DEAL. He was polite and explained everything well. Was a pleasure to work with. Then the next day, the actual Terminex person was just as nice and professional. Highly recommend.
