We have small infestation and Mrs.Conaway has been taking care of everything . She even came out the day after easter because I was concerned with our bedroom just to treat it . We are still dealing with the issue, but she’s been very thorough and even inspected the whole house in case of a larger infestation . Even gave me and my husband her personal number so we can stay in touch and update after treatments. I would like to add that I appreciate seeing a woman in a typical male dominated field .

Love Terminix my tech texts ahead of appointment and when he is finished where I am home or out of house he calls me with the results of his inspection and treatment details. The first year of service is a bit pricey after that a very comfortable monthly payment for the piece of mine. They also run specials throughout the year for specific pests i.e. mosquitoes and in the fall for mice.

Only suggestion I have is a coffee or hot cocoa stipend for whoever was digging first thing in the morning. I was shivering for them! It gets cold out there before first light!

I have been using Terminix for a few years and they have always been extremely helpful, only selling me needed services, very knowledgeable and professional. I originally had a problem with mice once my cat went across the rainbow bridge and they quickly took care of the issue. Since then I kept on the quarterly plan and Michael Gunter has been my technician. He is always so polite, caring about the bunnies always hiding under the deck and any other animals stopping by. He takes the time to explain what is happening in your house and yard and what to look for in the future. Always helpful and professional. Look forward to seeing him every quarter.
