He made sure everything was done correctly, he checked everything that he was supposed to. He treated us like a customer and not like a number. I’m very happy with Terminix. We have had them for four years, and not one problem out of them. They don’t try and “sale” you on everything they have to offer. And I like that about them. But, if you inquire about something they will tell you about the product and let you decide for yourself and not push it down your throat, or that has been our experience. I wouldn’t use anyone else. And I also think their rates are good and comparable to other companies and worth every penny I pay. I can call if I see something and they will come check it out, even if it’s nothing I should even worry about.
