Update: After leaving messages with two managers and hearing nothing back we randomly had people show up to finish the exclusion today, service 3 stars, communication 0 stars. Paid over $2000 for a house-wide pest exclusion with a rodent removal service. They did not finish the exclusion and wont return our calls now for three weeks.

I set up an appointment with Terminix and Cory Sauls came out to my house for the initial consultation and spray. He then came back out 2 weeks later to spray the outside perimeter for any pests that might get in. I recommend them a lot so far based off of my interactions with them. They are supposed to come out here Saturday and check under the house and any other areas that they can treat and make sure any unwanted guest do not arrive inside. I also have to say that Cory took note of what I told him I wanted addressed and he made sure to hit those focal points. He did a very good job here and we are extremely satisfied.
