This morning I was driving to work, and I was in the slow lane, since I expected to exit at the north bound 110 freeway offramp at El Segundo Avenue. There was a retaining wall on my right and my vehicle was perhaps 7 feet from the wall. One of your vehicles instead of pulling behind me, chose to squeeze by my vehicle on the right side, taking a chance of damaging both our vehicles and causing an accident. The Terminix vehicle had the license plate: 36349N3. I attached a picture of the rear of the vehicle with the license plate. I see private vehicle drivers doing the above all the time. Why a driver, in a company vehicle would do this is beyond my comprehension, since they are not only risking damage to someone else’s car they are also jeopardizing damage to a company vehicle. This driver is representing the Terminix organization. Perhaps this driver forgot he is driving a company vehicle? Can you please contact this driver and tell him of the problem he can create when he chooses to drive in this manner.

I have nothing nice to say about this company. Their technician had to reschedule a few times before he ever came out. He did not take care of any of the issues. I asked him to come back out and he said he would but never did. Two months later, money was taken out of my bank account without my knowledge or authorization. I have called several times and not one manager has called me back and they are refusing to put my money back into my account. I have had to look elsewhere to get my pest issues resolved. I want my money back from this awful company and I would not recommend them at all. Super over priced and they do not do what they guarantee.

I used this service a year ago and they were wonderful. I called to have my apartment and also my dad's apartment inspected a week ago to see if we had bed bugs and what type of treatment would be used Connor, told me they were going to use rapid freeze to rectify the problem. A Terminix technician came to the house with liquid spray not rapid freeze treated both properties quickly long story short I still have a bed bug problem. I SPENT A LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY for two small apartments and the next day I still see bed bugs. Connor told me I didn’t have to prep for the Service they will bag sheets and any clothing up it would be sealed and all I have to do is go washing after the Service that did not happen. My husband and dad have medical issues that's why I picked rapid freeze but instead both apartments are full of chemicals when I walked back into both of them. I feel like I have been took advantage of. This happened in Wisconsin, Madison

The technicians from this company are superb! However, their customer service, at least in Ohio, is deplorable. I called 3 weeks ago and was told I would get a call back in 24-48 hours for an appointment. I got a call wanting to sell me one of their services through a home inspection! We have been customers for 3 years. Every time I have to call, I feel frustrated. The technicians are what have kept me being a customer. But now, I don't know if it is really worth the hassle. There is a list of frustrations that are too long for this review.

I would not recommend using them if you are planning on someone getting the job done right and I canceled my service and they still charge my account a week later and have tried to get management to give me a call for 2 weeks use someone like north Mississippi pest control they well take care of you every time I called they would pick up and take care of what I need
