I just want to say that the world could use more people like Eddy. That man did magic and got everything done that was necessary. Eddy is great with communicating and going above and beyond, and we strongly appreciate his dedication as well as his team’s effort. From the bottom of our hearts we say thank you Eddy. Terminix should be proud of having you as a member of their establishment. We would highly recommend him and his team. We also appreciate Terminix for being understanding and taking ownership for this miss. We will continue to be valued customers based on the great work and communication we received. For some background context: We had an installation issue of our vapor barrier in the crawlspace of our home and it took a long time to be addressed. We had a couple people come by and asses this issue and it was pushed aside over and over again. We were selling our home and was on a tight time crunch. The incomplete vapor barrier came up and was a problem for the buyer as well for us as we had moved out of state and couldn’t afford to lose any more time or risk to find a new buyer . It was very difficult time for my family and I and I’m so happy that we were assigned Eddy to handle this issue for us. From his experience to his huge heart. This was also during the heavy snow storms that were happening and he was still able to get it done and escalate where needed.

This is probably the worst company. In December 2025, we discovered mice in the attic, so we called Terminix. The salesman, Eddy, came to my residence and quoted $12,000 for the exclusion, insulation replacement, and solar fans. Eddy then offered to encapsulate the crawlspace for $12,000. After completing research, we decided not to hire Terminix, however, Eddy begged my wife to give them a chance because they were under new management and have change their ways. Therefore, based on our needs and giving Eddy a chance, we decided to just have Terminix complete the attic, without the fans ($6,300). We also went with a different company for the encapsulation due to Terminix reviews. The crawlspace was flawlessly completed, by our local company, in 2 weeks. But, Terminix was dragging their feet on the exclusion and insulation. We provided them with a credit card, after we hired them, in which they said it was policy. After several weeks (end of Jan), a sudden charge to my credit card from Terminix for $1700, which was odd because the attic was $6,300. I called Terminix and they explained it was for the exclusion. Due to the charge not being authorized and the exclusion not being complete, I contacted my credit card company and placed a hold on the charge. I called Eddy and explained that they did not have authorization to arbitrarily charge my credit card. They did not apologize and I stated it was borderline fraud. I had to call cooperate and after a couple of weeks (end of Feb). They finally finished the 1 day job that was suppose to be completed in Dec/Jan (about 3 months after they were hired and several phone calls). My wife then wrote them a check for the remainder of the payment due however, they then ACH my checking account for the additional $1700, which they had already charged my credit card. This was not with my authorization and they never told us. Just be aware that the management running this branch are very shady and will charge any card you give them without authorization and not complete the work when agreed upon. Cooperate does not do anything to assist with the situation and seem to be very hands-off. Please do not fall for this as my wife and I did because they will not complete the work as promised and start charging your credit card without authorization.

Terminal does a decent job. They got rid of the termites that appeared after some water damage I received some years ago. I am not writing this review because of Terminix, per se, since they sometimes drop the ball and come up short, but there is a guy there, Kris Mcilvain, that is outstanding. Kris is the reason I have continued to keep Terminix for pest control. He is very knowledgeable of his trade and will go the extra mile to make sure everything is done properly. He is sincere and honest so that I don’t have to second-guess anything he says or does. Anyhow, I just wanted to recognize Kris because of the great work that he continually does.

The pest service was 10 out of 10! Alex Hunroe did an awesome job and a thorough job! Terminix needs more employees like him! And the pest service is amazing, haven't seen a bug since he came out! Thanks again! Keep doing awesome work Alex!

Hit my head while on the job, Steele Richardson never filled out a workers comp claim. Now I owe $1,152 to the hospital I was forced to go to. On top of that if you purchase a service the workers aren't looking to do what's best for you, they just want to leave.

Absolute worst company. Doesn't show when expected. Doesn't return calls. Charges more than agreed to. And on top of that wants to charge a cancellation fee when I never so m7ch as signed an agreement and they never performed the promised services. Filing a complaint with the BBB and consumer affairs. If that doesn't solve the issues I will file this with the courts under the consumer protection act

We have been using Terminix since we purchased this home just after it was built in 2003. (About 22 years now.). We have always receive exceptional service, with great attention to detail, including fast response and resolution to the few times we've had problem areas pop up between our quarterly general pest control treatments. Although our service has been steady over the years and we haven't had many of the issues our neighbors have encountered, unfortunately the cost for that great preventative service has steadily increased (like almost everything). We've often considered switching to a more economical service, but one of the main reasons we have stayed (at least for now) is the exceptional service we receive. And that service all this time has primarily been provided by 1 exceptional professional, Thomas Claiborne. If it wasn't for Tommy, we would probably have switched pest control services years ago. If he ever leaves we will probably try to follow him. I hope Terminix (and all other service companies like them) recognize their business value will always be directly tied to their people. We have always had good technicians that took very good care of our pest control needs, but for the past three years we’ve had an exceptional tech, Ellis Woodcock. He is very friendly, kind and goes above and beyond to take care of your home. Several years ago he even helped my get plants inside my garage when my husband was in the hospital. You don’t get customer service like that with just any company! Thanks for you do, Ellis!
