Fortunately there were no signs of termite activity, but he did notice moisture issues and made several photos to show the potential problem. Please, PLEASE, PLEASE read your contract word for word! This company is a complete scam and I am finding out the hard way! The termite service is a complete scam! The money you pay up front does not cover the bait stations as they will never be yours. I was told that the upfront payment covered the cost of the stations and once you “own” them the payment will be lowered. Well you will NEVER own them. Once you cancel service they will come and take them. The service rep “Jake” lied to me about this. I hate that. Now I am stuck with the terrible company. But lesson learned. Make sure you read your contract and don’t trust and believe what they tell you.

Fredrick Whithead did a wonderful service. He located all of my termite traps and installed the necessary additional traps. Great service, professional, prompt , effective and personal service.
