Disappointed. I’ve been dealing with bed bugs for three weeks now. I called Stephen from Terminix to do a bed bug consultation. He was really friendly and i thought things were going well. He even gave me a quote and possible date to schedule for treatment, but then totally ghosted me. I was calling and texting him and my landlord was as well. That was so unprofessional. How dare you waste my time by coming to my house, giving me a quote, and not following through with service?? Especially when you know that i was suffering with bed bugs and couldn’t concentrate on my schoolwork because of it!?

Amazing service from Edgar Alvarez, very professional and courteous. Asked us if we had any questions and explained everything in an easy to understand way. Sprayed in a timely manner without rushing and took into account our animals. He also used sticky traps which are great and placed a bunch around the house!! 100/10

Just had my apartment sprayed and traps placed, very professional and courteous. He used a non-chemial plant based spray that is non-toxic to pets and people, we didn't have to move much around and we didn't have to worry about our animals being harmed!! 10/10 job, very fast and efficient. I would recommend them to family, and/or friends :)

I have been in the hospital 100 miles from my home for 2 months. My wife has been with me so there was no one home for our scheduled appointment. Dave went ahead and came out to treat the outside of our home. A few days later my wife was going to be home for a couple of hours and Dave was able to work our house into his schedule so he could come treat the inside because we were having scorpion issues. We so appreciate him working with us during this time.

I get that y’all have had great experiences with them, but let me tell y’all about mine. I scheduled a free inspection for my apartment since I have been noticing feces and wanted to get the situation addressed as quickly as possible. They tell me that I need approval from apartment manager so I get that and provided proof. It comes to the day of the service where I am patiently waiting for a technician or SOMEONE to call about my scheduled service. I talked with a customer service rep online and they said that they would be calling me 30 mins prior to arrival. I accept. I waited and waited and no one came. 1 o’clock came, no one. 2 o’clock, no one. and on and on until 7 pm when my scheduled allotted time was out. during this waiting period I spoke with many representatives and was even assured that “Ryan” will be calling me. I never got a call from a Ryan. this was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
