Shawn has been by my house twice now and service is always exceptional. We bought our house in June and it was vacant for about a year prior to us moving in. Which means lots of little critters decided to squat. He came by soon after our move and did an interior and exterior treatment. It has been night and day with the level of activity since that visit. He recently came by to do another exterior treatment and I’m sure that I’ll continue seeing the results.

Shawn White is my service tech and I'm very happy that I will be working directly with him during my relationship with Terminix. Shawn is personable and *very* professional and thorough. He pointed out entry points and signs of infestation that I hadn't seen and I have been looking very hard for a long time to see if I could determine where the mice/rats were getting into my home. All in all, this has been a great experience and I look forward to working with Shawn and Terminix until we have this problem beat! The Terminix service we received was definitely 5 star. Shawn was assigned to us, and scheduling was efficient. Communication with Shawn was outstanding. He sought to understand our request, our insect issues, and even checked with his supervisor to ensure the treatment plan was sufficient before arriving on site for treatment. Disappointed. I’ve been dealing with bed bugs for three weeks now. I called Stephen from Terminix to do a bed bug consultation. He was really friendly and i thought things were going well. He even gave me a quote and possible date to schedule for treatment, but then totally ghosted me. I was calling and texting him and my landlord was as well. That was so unprofessional. How dare you waste my time by coming to my house, giving me a quote, and not following through with service?? Especially when you know that i was suffering with bed bugs and couldn’t concentrate on my schoolwork because of it!?
