I have been with company since I bought my house in 2015 and paid off my house in 2020 , they were referred by the previous homeowner. Never have had any issues, but here recently, they sent out a supervisor, Adam DeLeon, on a Saturday, and he promised to get everything taken care of, even, showed me some new things to look out for that had not been previously caught before, definitely, will recommend to family and friends.

Ryan was great, did a throughly spraying of inside. He knew his job, and did it very well. I have had others that just did a quick spray, and left. He took his time, did a great job, and explained, why he did the process in the manner in which he did it. Very happy with Ryan

UPDATE: I tried several times to email the "owner" so they can make things right, but every email was undeliverable. I tried three separate email accounts. It's obvious they really could care less and are trying to appear they are responsive. All I can say is beware!!! Other local pest control places respond within 24 hours not weeks. BEWARE: VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Paying for top tier service over $100 a month and am seeing roaches in my home. Called to get someone out to spray asap and was told they are booked, and it would take a week to get someone to the house! So now I will have to go buy my own pesticide and apply it myself (just had total knee replacement surgery). The woman on the phone was so rude that I just ended up hanging up. SMH
