Had a rat that gnawed Through the facia board of my house and got in the attic. He spent some time up there, and at night would spend time in the walls, scratching around. I knew it was a rat because I saw him outside, sitting on top of one of my Hurricane shutter cases. I called Terminix, and they came out and did some type of inspection. The man says yeah you got a rat. So what he said is I have this package and I can go around and cover up all the weep poles and any kind of openings up by the roof and everywhere else Around the House and we’ll get it sealed very tight. And I will use some type of a foam so they can’t get in. I wondered about that Because I figured they could chew through a foam also even if it did dry up.. Anyway, he said they’d do that and then they would put some rat traps in the attic. They did put three of them up there. They did go around and put some foam in areas up near the roof and weep holes , but I trusted if they would do all of the weep holes.and things that they said they would do it took them long enough to do it, And when I was out doing yardwork, I found that maybe a third of the holes and weep poles were covered. That did not make me too happy. They had also told me that if I found any dead rats, whether they were in the attic traps or in the yard, they would come and dispose of them and that they Come and check on the traps every three days or so. They never came and checked on the traps. And I never caught a rat in the traps. In the attic, and one day I did find the rat dead in my yard. I called them and asked them to please come dispose of it and they just flat out refused. I only had to pay $1600 for all of this. Well, that package was finished and I figured that was that and I would never use them again. Then a few weeks later., A man technician came to my door with the spray cans and things, and he says I’m here to do your quarterly. I said what quarterly he says for the Interior of your house spraying. I said I did not sign up for that and he said yes you did. I told him I did the rat process Only, and I was not interested in any more of their products or packages. He said oh no, you did., And I said no, I didn’t. It took me it seemed like a year to get these people to quit bugging me and stop threatening me about paying for this service. I finally got them to understand that I did not buy this service and I didn’t want it, and I did not want them at my house, performing any types of services Again. I don’t know if they do this to everybody, but they did it to me , so if I would keep an eye out, if you ever have to have a service like mine., so they don’t try to rope you into other services and get you to pay for them. I almost thought I was going to have to take legal action to get them off my back. So all I say is just beware.

Spoke with Danny and found he was very knowledgeable, informative, and took the time to be sure we got the services we needed with the most reasonable price. After speaking with him we felt very confident that everything will be taken care of with no worry. Definitely recommend Terminix and Danny for pest/termite inspection needs.

My service tech has been doing our home for what seems like forever. I like knowing the consistency of who will be at my home. Chris has always been more than accommodating to us if we need to reschedule or when we next extra services done! He’s professional and courteous with reminders and keeping in contact on day of services!

Horrific. I am a single mom and Kindergarten teacher scammed and misled by this Corpus Christi Terminix . DO NOT TRUST THEM! Patrick C. the salesman was untruthful with me. He told me if I paid a large up front sum (which I did ) that the total would not be bad and ultimately I’d be paying around $1,500.00 for the entire treatment. I just got a bill from a credit finance company for the monthly amount of @100.00 (which was correct) but the entire amount Im responsible for is over $3,500.00. As if that weren’t bad enough Michael M. came to do the treatment and FORGOT TO TREAT THE ENTIRE INSIDE OF MY HOUSE. The only reason I know this as a layperson is because a rep from ABC Pest Control came by and took a look noticing absolutely nothing had been drilled or treated inside my house. So only the outside was treated!!!!! I had an active infestation in the carton. I called Terminix to inquire what had happened. Michael M came back to treat the inside and said “I forgot”. WHAT THE HELL? I have never felt so taken advantage of being a single woman. STAY AWAY. I know now why Terminix is being sued. ABC saved me. I now use ABC for everything and have been thrilled. Use ABC for all your needs. They are much more reputable and honest!!!!

For the life of me I CANNOT get ahold of a local Corpus Christi Terminix person. Well, other than a phone call the day before they plan to come out, which rarely works with my schedule. There is ABSOLUTELY NO TIME to prepare a schedule in advance. This has been going on for years with no one that can figure out a solution. Most recent experience was a phone call the day before. Which did not work with my schedule. Guess what? I had to go to work. I asked that the local scheduler call me to reschedule, to no avail. I then called the 1800 number who asked for dates that worked for me. I received a text that I got scheduled at a later date that DID NOT work. After going back and forth we set an appointment for today between 8-10 am. I called the 1800 number again this morning at 8 to confirm appointment before I waited around and guess what? My appointment was changed to Friday. WITH NO NOTIFICATION OF THE CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. ABSOLUTELY ZERO consideration for customer’s time. Why do you stay with them you ask….well we spent an arm and a leg for termite baiting system and if we don’t continue with their service we lose any protection if they do find active termites. Ugh!! Soooo very frustrating. I have no confidence this review will resolve our issues but wanted to give others my experience so you can avoid our situation. Do not sign up with Terminix unless you stay home 24/7 with nothing else to do but wait for the day before phone call. I will update if someone local reaches out to resolve our issue. UPDATE: I was contacted by our local Terminix office. Don, the branch manager, listened to our frustrations with patience and a desire to make things right. He scheduled the service manager, Joseph, to come out for our service. Joseph was very kind and willing to listen to our issues. We were extremely happy with our local office’s concern for our issues and their assistance to help us with future scheduling but corporate needs to fix the root cause of the scheduling problems. Until then, our local branch will continue to struggle with these scheduling issues. Thank you again Don and Joseph for working to help us.
