So often we take for granted the monthly services that we use for our home. Every month we get pest control service from Terminex of El Paso. The April service for our home made me appreciate the difference between regular service and outstanding service. The job of the technician for residential pest control is usually taking that big canister and aiming the sprayer to the ground both inside and out. On this particular day the job was more than that. Josh, our technician must have inspected the house above the ground and found 4 wasp nests, pulled them down, 2 in front and 2 in back. This to me shows that the Terminex corporate has a training program for their local franchises and Terminex El Paso, and Chris Francis train their techs very well and in this particular case Josh absorbed the training and applied it to his trade, Hats off to Chris Francis and Josh for a level of professionalism above and beyond.
