I looked at several companies for the service to fumigate my house. In many of them the call with the switchboard is very long. In this company the call was too fast and from one day to the next. I already had an appointment scheduled and the service is completely professional. The technician is very professional. I highly recommend this company.

I had service completed less than 30 days ago for sow bugs I called and was told the could handle that. They sprayed inside and outside of my home I was told that will protect the home from not only sow bugs but other bugs as well for up to 3 months. Here I am less than 30 days out from service and dozens if these sow bugs still comibg into my home and all over. Their terninexep com website for terminex of El Paso has a 100% garuntee on the page that homes will be pest free they garuntee their service. When I called I was told they do not garuntee any of their services because they are locally owned, and because they are locally owned they do not retreat or make any repayments to clients that the service does not work. I was told a manager would call me to discuss and no one ever called me back. One if the worst companies to work with , false advertising for sure of 100% garuntee then they claim they don't garuntee any of their services even though their website states they have a 100% garuntee. Do not recommend using them for service at all.
