Sales guy Mike came out explained the service that would be done sounded great! Service manager that comes out does not do the whole job right & in a hurry. Then when you make an appt again he makes you seem like you are crazy. 6 Months later you are still in square 1. $1400 later I’m dissatisfied spend your $ elsewhere.

There sure fast to take you payment but not finish there part. I called to make the follow up a few times in 2 week ,keep getting the run around no one returns calls or can schedule it. Won't use them again!

I have been using Terminix for more than 10 yrs , and they have been the best at my pest control. I call , they schedule , they service and the technicians always ask what I'm having trouble with! I do not see pest in, or outside my home for a long period of time. Great service and friendly technicians!!!!

Critical: Professionalism , Punctuality , Quality , Responsiveness not responsive hard to get a hold of ..The 1800 number is worthless too,,they have absolutely no communication with thier field personnel..
