Tristan has been keeping up with maintenance and any emergency calls Chase needs. He is efficient and thorough when conducting his visits. I would say Terminix has been awesome with helping reduce the amount of calls we put out. I highly recommend them and thank Tristan for being so kind and representing the company.

Absolutely terrible! We have used Terminix as our pest control service for the past at least 5 to 6 years. Services had been great until recently. We had scheduled for the home inspection service. I got a text saying that the technician would be here at a time range on a particular date. Problem is, when the time came for the technician was supposed to show up, nobody came. I had to call the main number to check on the status only to find out that we were re-scheduled. We didn't get any notifications about this re-schedule. They had done this to us 4 times already. One time, the local supervisor (I believe his name is Mark) even called the day before to confirm the appointment and he asked if I was going to be here. To which, I said, "I will be here. The question is whether you guys will actually be here." He swore up and down and the technician would come but, of course, it was a no show and no notifications whatsoever either. As usual, I had to call the main number in order to find out the new schedule date and time. According to the main number, the name of the technician who constantly stood us up was Edwardo. I requested to have a different technician (Juan) to come and let's see if this guy is any better. I got these texts (as seen in the screenshots) days before the supposedly service dates but they were all no shows. No advanced notifications about not being able to make it. I just waited at home for nothing. These people are just thoroughly wasting my time.

Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to James Grewe from Terminix—he’s awesome! Super friendly, always shows up on time, and really knows his stuff. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and always makes sure everything’s covered. It’s clear he actually cares about the job and wants to help, not just rush through it. You don’t always get that kind of service these days, so it’s definitely appreciated. If you get James as your tech, you’re in good hands!

Perla is the best tech EVER! She is always professional, polite, friendly, and on time. Even my dogs love her. I never worry about anything knowing Perla is there taking care of things. I can trust her to go beyond expectations. If she finds anything, ants or spiders or wasps or hornets or scorpions, she lets me know and what she did to treat them. I hope when the new owners take possession of the property, they will continue the services. Because everyone should get to meet Perla.

Pearl was outstanding! While being new to me, she took the time to become familiar with the service associated with my home and while providing my mosquito service she noticed two small ant hills starting to form and proactively treated those as well. Pearl did her due diligence ensuring all my (a customer new to her) pest control needs were serviced without me having to make additional requests. Pearl you went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate you 5 star service. (My granddaughter thanks you too!)

Horrible CS from Megan today, I've been on hold trying to just a copy of our contract and get inform them that they are not addressing the spiders that is covered in our contract. I've been on the phone with her for over 50 minutes being put on hold countless times while she consulting her co workers. I can tell that she works from home as there are kids screaming in the background and constantly is coughing into the microphone. After asking for the fourth time, she was able (maybe) to take down my email address and email me a copy. Fingers crossed this will happen.

I called Terminex on 12/18/24 to pause the service. They then charged me $95.16 on 1/6/25! They agreed to giving me the credit back but it never came. Called today (1/23/25) and claimed it was denied and there’s nothing they could do. I’ve been with them for years.

We have been using this Terminex location since we moved to San Antonio and we are extremely pleased with their work and results. Today, Ryan came to our house and performed all the necessary work and maintenance needed to keep our home pest free. Ryan was extremely professional and personable. He explained everything in a detailed manner and in a way we could understand. Having him here made us feel like we were listened to and taken care of. We really appreciated Ryan taking his time and will definitely be using this Terminex location again.
