Jeremy and Joseph did an excellent job! Not only did they get rid of the bugs in my house but they also explained the process the whole way through….from inspection to completion. Joseph made several follow-up visits to check my house. He even did some follow up work even though he didn’t see any signs of bug life after initial treatment but I had days earlier. Joseph is very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in his job!

Scheduled my first appointment online because I always heard good things about the company. Nobody ever showed up or contacted me to give me a status update. I called customer service to check what the status of my appt was and they said I had been rescheduled for the following day and I was scheduled for a service I hadn’t even requested. Needless to say, I cancelled and won’t be using them. Only giving it 1 star because the customer service rep, Melissa, was nice and helpful.

I have been with company since I bought my house in 2015 and paid off my house in 2020 , they were referred by the previous homeowner. Never have had any issues, but here recently, they sent out a supervisor, Adam DeLeon, on a Saturday, and he promised to get everything taken care of, even, showed me some new things to look out for that had not been previously caught before, definitely, will recommend to family and friends.

Gave them a call and they were out here within two days. Very fast work and they’re very knowledgeable in the topic. They answered all my questions and assured me they were going to get rid of my termite problem. Very nice staff too. 10/10 recommend this company if you want your problems taken care of asap.
