Our Terminix guy is Amazing. He goes above and beyond to ensure that we have a bug free home and yard. He answers questions and gives helpful tips. He even shows up when we don't have a scheduled appointments to help with issues. Terminix is awesome and our technician is the absolute best. I recommend them to anyone that has bugs!!!

We called Terminix to help us with our bee infestation. While they were able to remove all the bees/wasp they damaged my water well in the process. There were no bees in the well just in the water well pump which was located about 5 feet from the actual well. When calling customer service they gave me Steven Barnett (branch manager) number. Steven had Eric benson (regional manager) call you they were not going to cover the damages they caused because it was not their problem and the damages were already there. As you can see in the pictures it was not damaged. Once we told Eric that we wanted to talk to his supervisor he with held his name and phone number. He said he would have him/her call us back. He was acting like a child when trying to get more information.I would not recommend this location for any type of work. They are unprofessional and rude when it comes to customer service. We will never use them again.

James was extremely knowledgeable about pest control and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. He also shared information about other helpful services without being pushy, which I really appreciated. He answered all of my questions with patience and kindness, and his customer service was truly top-notch. One thing that stood out—he wore shoe covers without me even asking. That kind of thoughtfulness goes a long way! I’ve signed up for monthly pest control, so I’m looking forward to seeing how it works out.

The inspector has great! The manger (Steve)called and was very helpful and scheduled a technician to come take care of my ant problems right away! Cicero the tech came to do the extermination today. Has was very polite and explained everything he was going to do… well. He did a great job! He gave me his personal Terminix.. business card and told me to call if I had any questions or concerns.. I really would recommend Terminix to anybody!

The technician Jacob Loeffelholz did a really good job explaining what was happening during the treatment. He explained how the treatment would affect the pests and a timeline to expect them to be gone. It has been two days and the pests on my property have been completely eradicated. The price was reasonable for what I needed. I would definitely recommend Terminix.
