Reprentative's were promt, thourogh, and quick. They were cordial and professional. They explained their routine well and would have explained fixes to any problems we needed to rectify if we had any. Our mom had a Dr's appointment today and they worked it out to where there was plenty of time to make everything work wonderfully. Very good experience.

Mike Ake was our Terminex tech today , he was very thorough with the bug treatment . He answered my questions about termites , and we talked about borer beetles as well. He seemed very knowledgeable about pests and the treatments thereof.

Terminix has the most professional staff! They made it easy to start services and maintain services. Mike is a doll an charming. He was relaxed and not in a hurry. He made us feel like we were his only clients. But he was efficient and got the job done quickly. Very professional! Samantha has also been here an she has experience with other creatures that we need to watch for. She was very professional and knowledgeable about her job. She made us feel confident that we were at the right place. Samantha is a prescious doll too! Highly recommend Terminix for all your needs. We live in the country so we will have a very long relationship with them. The more the weather is changing, the stranger the bugs it seems! But I'm confident that Terminix will handle all our needs! Calor is always so helpful and friendly, and since using Terminex we never have any issues with bugs or spiders. I also highly recommend getting the mosquito treatment in the summer. We have a pool and live outside so we can tell you that it’s worth it!

Scheduled with terminix for an 8 to 10 window today. At 10:30 no one had called or arrived so I called. Spoke to Marissa who said was running behind and I should be hearing from Lenard soon. I was actually slated to go out of town after this appointment but it is now 1:30 and still no contact. So I cancelled my trip and called to cancel appointment. This has been very disappointing and frustrating.
