James was great, explained the whole process to me and what will happen, just waiting to see if the treatment actually worked, finding a lot of water bugs lately but again I know that it takes time to work.

Fantastic service and told us we can transfer our contract to a new home. We were not told that when we moved here. Joe my service technician is the only person with Terminix deserves a 5-+ rating. I have not had luck in anyone else with your business. I had a very unfortunate experience with Terminix taking out a large sum of my money for a service that wasn’t due until May. I could not get this money back for over 6 weeks. I became overdrawn at my bank and was unable to buy food. I am on hospice for pancreatic cancer now because of this. My time was shortened due to stress and lack of food which landed me in the hospital for 2 weeks. I am bitter over this because I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years utilizing all 3 services you offer.
