Horrible CS from Megan today, I've been on hold trying to just a copy of our contract and get inform them that they are not addressing the spiders that is covered in our contract. I've been on the phone with her for over 50 minutes being put on hold countless times while she consulting her co workers. I can tell that she works from home as there are kids screaming in the background and constantly is coughing into the microphone. After asking for the fourth time, she was able (maybe) to take down my email address and email me a copy. Fingers crossed this will happen.

I called Terminex on 12/18/24 to pause the service. They then charged me $95.16 on 1/6/25! They agreed to giving me the credit back but it never came. Called today (1/23/25) and claimed it was denied and there’s nothing they could do. I’ve been with them for years.

We have been using this Terminex location since we moved to San Antonio and we are extremely pleased with their work and results. Today, Ryan came to our house and performed all the necessary work and maintenance needed to keep our home pest free. Ryan was extremely professional and personable. He explained everything in a detailed manner and in a way we could understand. Having him here made us feel like we were listened to and taken care of. We really appreciated Ryan taking his time and will definitely be using this Terminex location again.

Just want to say how impressed I am with my recent quarterly visit from my technician. Although I frequently get rotating technicians (all of whom are very good), I had Luis Olvera this time for the first time and he was fantastic. His professionalism and attention to detail in his analysis, upkeep and customer service is the best yet in my 3 years as a Terminix client. On an issue regarding a nest of Black Wasps we were dealing with, he even placed a video call from my yard to the top Terminix tech in our area (Melvin) and we discussed the best options of dealing with the infestation right there on the video conference. Hope you keep Luis on my route. He's an awesome representative for your company.

We.ve been with Terminix for many years; we've always enjoyed their courtesy, efficiency, general caring attitudes, and communications with us. Additionally, they have retained the same employee technicians for a long time; that speaks volumes to us - obviously, not only does Terminix do a good job treating our home to prevent or eliminate pests, their people stay with them. They must do a good job of caring for their people as well as their clients.

Terminix is doing a very good job in keeping ants, roaches, and spiders at bay in our home. The service technician is always very responsive and does a thorough job of treating the interior and exterior of our home. Quarterly service with Technician Perla was informative and timely yet again. I feel valued every time she services my home. She is very efficient and can rapidly spray inside and outside my home in a short period of time so I can get back to my scheduled activities of the day.

UPDATE - Happy to report they came out and were able to witness the activity as the wasps entered and exited the siding. He began treating the area and we discussed a plan of action to help lessen the likelihood they will return. We are looking forward to being able to enter and exit our home without having to wait or being chased to our car by angry wasps. ______________________________________ The San Antonio location continues to fail to show or address our concern. We have made repeated requests for them to address a hornet issue near the entry and back porch of our home. When we call Customer Service states they will pass it along to the local office. The local office never calls. The local office did not show for the scheduled appointment. Customer Service states there is no escalation process and the local branches have no oversight. We can only continue to call customer service and hope they will respond with 48 business hours. There has been a significant decline in response and quality of work both locally and at the call center level. As customers for over 20 years the steady decline is disappointing and most certainly encouraging us to look at more reliable options.

Our technician, David Alcorta, did a great job. We were not home, but he called us to let us know he was there, and also informed us there were other people on our property. We were not expecting anyone else on the property, so he actually offered to approach them and asked if they wanted to speak with us. We were informed the unexpected visitors were from CPS and was marking underground utilities. I think that was amazing what David did. He did not have to inform us there were other people on our property and he definitely did not need to approach them. I feel that was exceptional and going above and beyond just a service call. He made us feel that he was looking out for our home and we greatly appreciated what he did!
