Amazing job! Highly recommend! Dana Duval came out to give a quote and provided recommendations and within a few days they were ready to install. The Terminix team that came out did an amazing job and it shows! They explained what is to be expected and what to expect for the upcoming visits. Best part the payments are cheaper than what I was paying.

They stopped showing up and continued charging me after I cancelled my subscription. We signed up for their home protection subscription and everything went smoothly at first then they just stopped showing up. We had some mouse activity in our house so I called to try and get a technician in. I spent a good month (maybe longer) trying to get someone to come out to my house. I called 5 times and the person on the line would always tell me that someone would be in touch to schedule an appointment then no one would call. I finally got fed up and cancelled my subscription over the phone (or so I thought). I was charged the next week for the subscription that should have been cancelled. I had to block the charges through my cc company. Save yourself the trouble. Go with a locally owned company and stay away from these guys!

I am sure there is no point in leaving this review as the people at this location literally don’t care. I called the 800 number for a pest control inspection. And for a quote for any future services needed on an as needed basis. The inspector called me Wednesday and said he was four hours away and it was a really far drive and he wasn’t gonna be able to get out for a couple weeks But that he could tell me it was gonna be around $1800. I let him know that I did need the inspection. Asked if he could he send over an email with the quote and what services are included in that quote. Four days later, I still didn’t have the email so I texted and said I don’t have the email. He texted back and said he’ll be here in the morning. So he arrives today. He immediately puts an iPad in my face asking me to sign and pay with a credit card $1975. I said I need the inspection first and he said he didn’t need to inspect. This conversation was the inspection. I said I’m not paying $1975 without the inspection. I need you to go inspect the rooms. He proceeds to tell me that is he inspects the rooms the price is going to go up so I need to sign the $1975. I say it’s fine if the price will go up but I need an inspection first because I don’t know that we have pests. He mumbles some things under his breath And reluctantly walks down there. We get to the first room he does the quickest 12 second inspection ever does not find any evidence of it but what are you gonna find in only 12 seconds? He basically tells me the techs will spray, will powder and it is $1975. Do you have a credit card? Are you authorized to sign today? Are you authorized to pay today? I ask some clarifying questions about the process. Such as do they steam things do they spray things what happens? He said that’s for them to decide not for us to decide And ask me about payment again. I let him know that I was not paying anything without getting a proper quote with details about what the services will include And then I needed to go over that quote with the owner of the property. He asked me when I could have an answer for him. I said once I have a quote, I could talk to the owner this afternoon and I can get an answer for you today but I need the quote.. He said he already sent over the quote. I checked my email in front of him and say I don’t have an email with a quote for the services. He said I just went over the services with you and I’m showing you the price you don’t need a quote. I again explained that I do need in writing exactly what the services entail and he continues to berate me because he wasn’t getting his way. I asked him could he show me the contract on his iPad then he said no he doesn’t have a contract for me. So he wants me to pay him $1975 right then he doesn’t have a contract for me and he can’t give me any written details about what the service will include. He told me I will not get written details about what the service includes until after I paid $1975. He mentioned many times about how inconvenient this 4 hour drive was for him and that he’s not driving back out 4 hours next week to get my signature so I needed to sign and pay now. This man literally argued with me, talked to me like I am trash and then had a tantrum repeatedly about his 4 hour drive. Anyway. No thank you Jeremy. I’d sooner pay $4,000 to anyone else than use your services. You should be fired. Btw. Next time you want to treat people like this, ask if their cameras record sound first. Because mine do.

Initial service was great. The tech was easy to communicate with, showed up early and did a thorough job. He told me he wasn’t the normal tech for my area, so I would have someone different the next time. I received a text from the new tech telling me what day he would be there. I informed him it didn’t work for me and my schedule so we agreed on a new date. On 9/14, He then proceeded to text me that he would be coming on a different day and time. I told him no, we agreed previously on a date and time and I’m unavailable to move from that time. He needs to get into my house and can’t do so without us being home. He said the date we chose was outside of the timeframe his boss wanted the job done. I told him he could take a screenshot of our conversation and tell his boss this is the day that worked for me and I would cancel my service if it was anything else. I did not hear anything about another date or time. On 9/22 my card was charged for a service that had not been completed. On 10/10, the day we agreed upon, the tech was a no call, no show. I called terminex and found out the shop canceled my service, still charged my card 7 days later, and did not call to inform me. I would not recommend Terminex in the Concord, NH area.

The hornet nest was in the wooded area behind my fence. I never go back there but am replacing the fence. Discovered a very active nest when the tree person stepped too close to it. A cloud of buzzing came up. The exterminator pointed out the hole and location the hornets were using. He also discovered a metal pry bar my husband left near the fence. He moved it to my shed. I couldn't have carried it. He explained the process and what to do if I see anything still flying about within the next 30 days.

We have been extremely pleased with the service. Dana our technician is extremely knowledgeable and always explains the various treatment processes used in an easy to understand manner. The treatments have done wonders for keeping bugs out of our home. Highly recommended!

Absolute waste of money, and we have finally been pushed over the edge. We have been signed up for their services for almost 10 years, and it's always been a problem. The most recent problem - We booked a service visit that was very much needed in a timely fashion - they confirmed via phone that they would be here today or tomorrow. We never received a confirmation email, so we called today to check the status, and they told us not only is nobody coming, but our rodent inclusion lapsed (despite our being able to produce evidence that we had paid our last bill in July). We never got a different bill, or it would've been paid immediately (as they all have been for a decade). They also claim they sent us a check to refund a payment (and apparently this is why our coverage lapsed.. it appears it was paid and they.. paid it back?), but we never got a check, and there is no evidence in our account that it was cashed. Not to mention, the last time they came.. a guy just walked around and looked at everything - he did exactly nothing and never came back, either. Pretty sure this company is a complete scam. Please avoid and instead support a small, local business that actually cares about its loyal long-term customers.

Every time we have Terminix They’ve always been super friendly, very helpful and non-judgmental and they work with you. I love that they give you options and ideas of how to fix the problem as well as helping you fix them. Also in step-by-step. I also love the fact that they’re affordable lol
