Initial service was great. The tech was easy to communicate with, showed up early and did a thorough job. He told me he wasn’t the normal tech for my area, so I would have someone different the next time. I received a text from the new tech telling me what day he would be there. I informed him it didn’t work for me and my schedule so we agreed on a new date. On 9/14, He then proceeded to text me that he would be coming on a different day and time. I told him no, we agreed previously on a date and time and I’m unavailable to move from that time. He needs to get into my house and can’t do so without us being home. He said the date we chose was outside of the timeframe his boss wanted the job done. I told him he could take a screenshot of our conversation and tell his boss this is the day that worked for me and I would cancel my service if it was anything else. I did not hear anything about another date or time. On 9/22 my card was charged for a service that had not been completed. On 10/10, the day we agreed upon, the tech was a no call, no show. I called terminex and found out the shop canceled my service, still charged my card 7 days later, and did not call to inform me. I would not recommend Terminex in the Concord, NH area.

The hornet nest was in the wooded area behind my fence. I never go back there but am replacing the fence. Discovered a very active nest when the tree person stepped too close to it. A cloud of buzzing came up. The exterminator pointed out the hole and location the hornets were using. He also discovered a metal pry bar my husband left near the fence. He moved it to my shed. I couldn't have carried it. He explained the process and what to do if I see anything still flying about within the next 30 days.

We have been extremely pleased with the service. Dana our technician is extremely knowledgeable and always explains the various treatment processes used in an easy to understand manner. The treatments have done wonders for keeping bugs out of our home. Highly recommended!

Amazing job! Highly recommend! Dana Duval came out to give a quote and provided recommendations and within a few days they were ready to install. The Terminix team that came out did an amazing job and it shows! They explained what is to be expected and what to expect for the upcoming visits. Best part the payments are cheaper than what I was paying.

Absolute waste of money, and we have finally been pushed over the edge. We have been signed up for their services for almost 10 years, and it's always been a problem. The most recent problem - We booked a service visit that was very much needed in a timely fashion - they confirmed via phone that they would be here today or tomorrow. We never received a confirmation email, so we called today to check the status, and they told us not only is nobody coming, but our rodent inclusion lapsed (despite our being able to produce evidence that we had paid our last bill in July). We never got a different bill, or it would've been paid immediately (as they all have been for a decade). They also claim they sent us a check to refund a payment (and apparently this is why our coverage lapsed.. it appears it was paid and they.. paid it back?), but we never got a check, and there is no evidence in our account that it was cashed. Not to mention, the last time they came.. a guy just walked around and looked at everything - he did exactly nothing and never came back, either. Pretty sure this company is a complete scam. Please avoid and instead support a small, local business that actually cares about its loyal long-term customers.

Every time we have Terminix They’ve always been super friendly, very helpful and non-judgmental and they work with you. I love that they give you options and ideas of how to fix the problem as well as helping you fix them. Also in step-by-step. I also love the fact that they’re affordable lol

I have used Terminex for 6 months, we are still getting bits from spiders and mice in the house. the guy who comes to the house “Chris” is great, however, if you want anything done from customer service they will jerk you around. I spent 1 hour and 45 minutes to get Jerry on the horn from FL who gave me his whole 6 minutes and he was as incompetent as could be. He could not answer any questions I asked and was unable to offer any help about my problems. If you want service this is not the place to come.. having call centers with unknowledgeable staff and incompetent leadership is not a good combination. Train your staff and teach them about the business they are in. #Terminexplease #incompetent In response to your reply; I talked to the local “manager” who should by all means be fired for her unprofessional attitude and clearly unhappy approach to dealing with customers. She told me I would receive a refund, soon after she tried talking over me repeatedly, I got upset and she then said she would no longer give a refund as she was being petty. I told her I would proceed with a lawsuit and she then changed her tone again. DO NOT USE TERMINEX! THEY ARE NOT GOOD AT THIER JOBS AND DON’T CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER AT ALL.
