I’m beyond angry and upset right now.. APPARENTLY, of their techs came onto MY PROPERTY without MY permission today while me and my husband were at work and took it upon themselves to inspect my house. I did NOT request this, service, I did not schedule this service. I have never even heard of, or used Terminix before. Main reason I’m angry is because this tech took it upon themselves to enter our backyard, which might I remind you, they did NOT have permission to do. Not only did they enter our property without permission, but they left our fence wide open. I know for a fact this door was closed because we paid to have our lawn mowed 2 days ago and I made sure after the person left that both entrances were closed and secure. I have 2 dogs, this beyond uncool for someone to do, again, without permission. I’ll never be doing business with these people. It says on our front door “no solicitation” clearly this company ignores that and goes into people’s backyards without permission. We are newer-ish home owners, but last time I checked this is still tress-passing.

Repeated will not show up for appointments. Zero follow up. Last one employee didn't want to bother to drive, due to employees 2 hr drove home. Closed ticket at 514. Claimed it would be dark by the time of arrival 36 mins. Sunset after 6pm. Lousy lousy service. Not my experience having them in Florida for years. Virginia branches are aweful.

Wilbur is very communicative and ensures that we are aware when his next scheduled visit is approaching. He was able to offer a solution to a minor ladybug infestation. I like that they only treat our home and leave our pollinators bushes alone so that in the spring and summer we can watch the bees and butterflies flutter across our yard.
