Lance came through with his trainee Greg and was great! Very professional and attentive on what my issues were with my house. Went ahead and took a look at my attic and identified that I have squirrels. Talked me through the removal and exclusion process, and discussed the payment. The technician arrived on time, introduced himself and stated where he planned to start and he immediately went to work. He did an excellent job. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the services he provided. He represented the Terminex company very well. He did an amazing job, and I was pleased with the services he provided. Today’s visit was no charge (although I did pay last month) and to me that’s one of the incentive’s that motivates me to remain a loyal Terminex customer and also that the technicians do a great job.
