I'm having a great experience with Terminx. I like that the sales team was not pushy. They explained all the services offered thoroughly. This made it easy for me to select what best suited my pest control needs and my budget. Then my service tech, Marshall Barrett, was awesome. He was very patient with me. I had alot of questions and he was able to confidently answer each one. He is very knowledgeable about pests and species specific behaviors. After answering all my questions, Marshall checked the bait boxes and sprayed the property quickly. He especially paid extra attention to the trouble spots in my home. Not only was he efficient, he was also very personable. That's very important to me.
