Highly disappointed. Started out great with a next day appointment at 4:30. The representative Chris, saw my husband come inside, so he took it upon himself to start to the appointment about 45 minutes early. Normally I would be ok with that but I was finishing up my work day from home. Come to find out we were his last appointment -- so he just wanted to be finished. He quickly explained what he was offering. Answered my questions. We agreed, paid him the $200 and got scheduled for Thursday between 2-3. We never got a confirmation, receipt or any kind of information. He skated out with no contact info. I was still willing to look past all of that until today at 3:30...when no one came. We called in and much to our surprise the agent told us we weren't even on the schedule. We get transferred to speak to a manager who was apologetic - but a sub par plan to make it right. We asked for a refund of our money and have an appointment with Orkin tomorrow. Hopefully our money is more valuable to them than it was to this company.

Monte from Newsport News, VA has taken care of my wife and I numerous times. We had wasps building a home on the inner screen doors of our house and he came out and provided exceptional service with the removal of the wasps as well sd informing us of what was inside of it. We called up terminix to deal with the common pest problem in our area and they sent someone out. He was very respectful of our home and property. We are big on no shoes in the house and before he came in he took off his shoes without us even asking which is already off to a good start. He came and did his thing, he knew what spots to tackle inside and outside. Outside being the main issue since there’s a small creek out back which can attract water bugs. We were very impressed and satisfied with his services and have not had any issues since he’s helped us. We’d recommend asking for Joey Barcliff to come out.

I have dealt with Monte for years and he is by far the best exterminator I have ever had. He takes care of all our rental properties, as well as our main residence. He will take his time to ensure your house is fully protected and no matter what condition a rental has been left, he ensures it is bug free for the next tenant. A super nice, polite guy who just wants to do a good job. I have recommended him to my friends and would not consider calling anyone else as long as he is available.
