Great company, we’ve been using them since 2021 for termites and quarterly pests & bug spray. We had a bug scare recently and Jason J came to the rescue. He’s awesome, fixed it after a couple visits. Knew exactly what to do. And he’s super nice! Only thing is I wish they had an online portal to see upcoming/ past visits.

Jason Jelinek, our Pest Control Technician, is FANTASTIC. We have had him as our technician for years and I cannot be more pleased with the results of his service. He is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We were out of state a few years for military orders and the conditions he had to deal with in our yard surely would have made me complain…but he didn’t complain at all. Now that we are back home, I hope to make his job easier again!

We’ve had Terminix since we moved into our home almost 3 years ago and could not be more pleased with their service. For the last year or so, Chris has been our service technician, and he’s been incredible. He’s diligent and I trust him with telling us what we really need for our home — he gives it to me straight and doesn’t push unnecessary services like some other companies. I don’t give out many 5-star reviews, but Chris and the Virginia Beach Terminix office deserve it.

Left a mess. Poor communication among staff, no pride in workmanship, lack of attention to details. The sales guys presented a pretty picture of how the job would be completed and even promised to fix a few things himself like sealing around my ac unit. That hasn’t happened and I don’t trust it will. The salesman said if you have problems call us, which I did and now they are passing me off to the regional manager.

Terminix recommend quite a bit of work to seal up the house not just for pest but for moisture and preservation. I was surprised they offered these services. It was a substantial scope of work but it really all made sense and they were able to get everything scheduled in the same week. Money invested into your home is never lost money and I'm glad Terminix was able to assist quickly.

We have had a massive German roach problem in our home. To the point where they ate the electronics in our microwave and destroyed it. We have been fortunate enough to have two fantastic Terminix technicians working on our problem, Robert and Justin. They are courteous and well trained. We have two small parrots, so the techs have had to use alternate methods. They both have been terrific to work with. I highly recommend Terminix!!

I cannot comment on the results as I just started, but I can give Terminix thumbs up for being very responsive and efficient. I called around 3pm on the rainy day no one wants to go outside. By 7 pm I already had 1st step completed and was decided on what I will do about my house’s problem. I did have very pleasant gentlemen Chris Hogan visit my house. He was quick, right to the point, but also super friendly and approachable. I knew nothing about the process, and he was patient with me; I didn’t feel rushed through the financial or procedural details. We even spoke life and marriage ))) He is a former navy, and it was nice to know his story. Overall, I was super happy with my experience
