I am a retired Navy Vet living in Hampton Roads. This is the second review I am leaving. we started our service back in December. The following first and following months we still noticed roaches. A manager/supervisor said he wanted to come out on the next visit and I appreciate that. We had a service 03/04/2026. Non the less-today 03/07/2026 I just some creepy crawlies and a roach, yes a roach in my home. I could understand if we were not clean, but we keep this home near immaculate. i just tried the 24/7 number and I cannot get a hold of anyone. This is UNSAT

Steven Rahinsky is an amazing person all together. He is friendly kind and always has a smile on his face (even when my dogs want to jump all over him). I know that can be annoying to people that just want to get their work done. He shows up on time and is always asking if he could help in any way to make his service better. I love seeing the same face especially when they are as kind as Steven is. I appreciate that.

Chris Hogan texted he was inbound and arrived right on time. He was friendly, professional and took extra time to explain his findings and recommendations. He even spotted a non-pest related issue in our attic for which we are very grateful! We thoroughly enjoyed talking to him and he set up a follow up before speeding away to his next appointment. 5 star experience in every way!

Jason is just amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, he worked with me on an ant issue, where they were nesting in our window sill inside the actual weather stripping. Another time he eradicated a nest of ground wasps, himself getting stung several times. In both instances, he returned a couple of weeks later to check on things, completely out of the rotation of the Terminix cycle. He’s always got a smile and a great attitude when you stop to talk to him. But then he’s all business when it comes to taking care of pest control around my house! I would definitely recommend Terminix, if only for the sole reason that Jason is our technician!

We use Terminex for our homes pest control. Dave Clanton did a great job and went the extra mile for us to tame the local water bugs, fall migration of rodents and he also helps keep our house free of termites. I highly recommend him and find the organization in general to be very responsive and helpful when I have questions. If you can use their services for any of the number of possible Pest control services, I would call them for a consultation and a quote. If we ever have any issues, they have always been quick to reply and provide us with service.

Thank you Terminix! When Matt and Thomas came to my home, Matt asked me, "Ms. Roberts, how are you doing?" My reply was, " Matt, I'm crying😭!" His reply was, "Oh no! Well we are here to help." And help is just what all service techs have done; and Bell Cow, Marquis and Miller have made my heart glad. Thomas is a Terminix treasure💯 Thank you Terminix! Rodent holes were found and sealed. I have a new crawlspace frame and door, carpenter bees addressed and my home's interior and exterior has been serviced well. Grateful that Terminix's services are just a call away😊

Chris Terminix Inspector did an outstanding detailed Home Inspection on my property 1648 Grey Frisrs Chase. He spent almost an hour after the inspection answering my many questions of recommended required repairs that were necessary and those repairs that were not attended right this time. Suggested perhaps at a later date to install in the Future. Extremely knowledgeable and Professional with Excellent Social Grace's and Patience throughout the visit at my home. Congratulations for being an Golden Representative of Terminix. Much Appreciation and Thank You. Lynne Gayle Collins Jason Terminix Inspection Representative promptly inspected my property of 1648 Grey Friars Chase with the Most Delightful Personality of Joy and Frienship while jumping up on a ladder to help change out Kitchen Light. Then, he Professionally suited up to crawl up the attic and underneath the house crawlspace. Jason also was Extremely Knowledgeable and helpful to diagnosis all of the necessary structural house problems . Jason then suggested which items of building corrections were necessary at this time. Suggestions of treatment perhaps at a later date in the future. Jason was a Breathe of Fresh Air and Extremely Professional with Sound and Solid Repair Solutions and Suggestions. Great company, we’ve been using them since 2021 for termites and quarterly pests & bug spray. We had a bug scare recently and Jason J came to the rescue. He’s awesome, fixed it after a couple visits. Knew exactly what to do. And he’s super nice! Only thing is I wish they had an online portal to see upcoming/ past visits.
