Great service for the standard pest control they offer. Even after snowing last night, our technician, Mathew Kipe, came out in the morning and did a thorough job for our quarterly treatment. Been using their standard pest service for years and always have had pleasant and helpful technicians.

It is extremely difficult to schedule with Terminix. When you try to do it online, it is not possible. When you call, they say they don’t have availability and they will have the local branch will call you. The local branch NEVER calls. Then you start that cycle back over. The experience of trying to schedule service with Terminix is horrible and frustrating. If you finally do get to speak with someone who can schedule you, it usually takes weeks (or longer) to get a service visit—which is a long time to wait if you have an active pest issue (which will get worse over that period of time). Also, Terminix keeps buying local companies and then the service gets worse. The people providing phone support usually can’t find our account because they haven’t been able to effectively merge service systems. The technicians, however, work hard to do a good job. So the people on the ground deserve recognition for this. But overall, experience of scheduling service with Terminix is EXTREMELY frustrating and difficult!

Very fast and friendly company.. the service tech Robbie S was very very nice and polite and helpful through everything. Very knowledgeable about every question I had and any concerns. I was estimated 8am-12pm. And before I knew it he was here 8am on the spot! 10/10 for this company and will continue using there service.

Working with Terminix has been nothing short of a total nightmare. Upon 1st contact, they appear to be super accommodating, offering weekend or evening appointments. This changes once you actually begin a contract with them. I regularly have to miss work to make myself available for their service visits. If you are having them specifically treat for pests, they do the bare minimum so that whatever issue you're dealing with lingers on and on. We had a problem with wood roaches... we live in the woods... it's not uncommon. It was 2 years into this service with them and I was ready to cancel it altogether when I finally got a helpful customer service rep on the phone who described their own prior pest situation to me and let me know that you must have them come out and spray every 2 weeks for roughly 8 weeks in order to successfully eliminate any roach infestation. And this is not their standard "plan", this is something you have to cook up and manually orchestrate yourself, so you have to set up service yourself (whether a call or online) for every single appointment, which you have to do as soon as your previous appointment is done, else you risk not getting anyone in until long after they're needed because they breed rapidly. AND it wasn't until I heard some other company's helpful commercial mentioning that most pests enter homes via the crawlspace that I actually had to specifically request that they treat the crawlspace BECAUSE THEY HAD NEVER TREATED THE CRAWLSPACE BEFORE. So, 2 years of sporadic treatments that did next to nothing, 8 weeks of intensive treatments that mostly resolved the problem, and 2 total treatments of the crawlspace... approximately $1,400 later... and finally we are wood roach free. Now we're having the fun experience of having to beg and plead to have our $$ refunded after they double-charged us for their services when we recently bundled our termite and pest control services. I requested an appointment for the quarterly pest control treatment and asked if we could bundle plans during that appointment. They sent a tech who did the spraying but said he was not authorized to set up the bundling himself. After that service visit, they charged the quarterly pest control fee ($150). The very next day another tech comes and puts together the bundling quote, we set up the bundling, and a week later someone comes and puts in new termite bait stations. That day, they charge the monthly bundled pest control/termite protection fee, which is quite a bit less because it's billed monthly. The tech that set up the bundling said that we'd need to sort out the difference in price and get the refund straight, so I wasn't surprised, but now they're only wanting to refund me the bundled monthly service fee for the one month when I've already paid for the pest control part of the service for the whole rest of the quarter, a difference of about $40. About 5 phone calls and over an hour's worth of my time later, and the issue is still not resolved. Absolutely ridiculous.

My Technician was Micheal Messler he called me the day before to confirm my appointment. Which the scheduler had me down for the wrong appointment time. Micheal corrected my schedule time which worked out even better for my schedule. He also sent a link where I could text or call with any questions. He was on time very polite and courteous. He did a great job. Highly recommend. We hope to have him for our schedule appointments.

Unauthorized Removal of $1,068 from My Account I am extremely frustrated with Terminix after an unauthorized charge of $1,068 was taken from my checking account on October 4, 2024. I had only agreed to a payment of $29.75. When I contacted Terminix, they acknowledged the error but informed me it would take up to 3 days for the funds to be returned. After 10 days with no refund, I called again and spoke with a customer service representative who was unprofessional and belittling. Despite previous assurances that my funds were being processed, I was told I needed to "understand the process." I requested management to contact me, but that never happened. To make matters worse, I had to insist on participating in a customer service survey, which reflected my negative experience. Terminix has not only made a fraudulent charge but continues to withhold my funds. This is unacceptable and shameful! Update: On October 25, 2024 I provided an email to [email protected] as instructed with my service address, phone number and copy of the google review. As of today, October 28, 2024, I have not received any contact from Terminix AND still no return of my $1068 that Terminix illegally removed from my checking account. SHAMEFUL AND DISGUSTING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
