I have been using Terminix at my home for over 6 years and my parents have been using it for over 30 years. I could not be happier with Joel Calhau who comes to service my house. He is the definition of above and beyond, he is so helpful and kind and willing to go the extra mile (literally) to make sure I feel safe and secure in my home. He is very vigilant and diligent when it comes to his job and I’m so grateful to have worked with him for the last 6+ years.

Scheduled an appointment for an inspection and was given a two hour window for it, when that window passed without a word from Terminix I called and was told the inspector would reach out to me in just a few minutes. The inspector didn't call, so after 10 minutes I called back and was told that they scheduled an inspector who worked 3 hours away to come out and he wouldn't be able to come do my inspection that day as he didn't do services in my area. I was told there was a system error and that no notice went out to call me so had I not called, nothing would have happened and I would have effectively been ghosted by the company.

I am leaving this review on behalf of my mother, a senior citizen in Mount Vernon, WA. This Termnix office is the closest to where she received service. Working with Terminix has been an absolute nightmare for her. Not only did they not get rid of her rodent problem months ago, she has had trouble getting them to cancel service upon her request. Furthermore, she has received assurances that she would be refunded her statement balance multiple times. However, today she received a collections notice. This is absolutely unacceptable and predatory. Avoid at all costs.
