So, to be clear, I'm VERY HAPPY with the end result service... However, it's what it takes to GET to that service that's the problem... - Although you can book an appointment online, the actual appointment is not posted on your online account until TWO DAYS prior to the appointment. This makes zero sense to me... Why not send an email at least a week to AND two days prior to the appointment to allow people time to do what they need to do to ensure they are physical available to attend the appointment... - Although I LOVE my service tech (Ibriham is AMAZING), due to over booking appointments, he has never made the time frame of the appointment... I understand sometimes appointments run over, but if the tech is going to be late, communicate that with the client!! - You cannot speak to a manager directly... You can only text with someone that will relay a message to the manager from that district. spoke to someone via text about the very issues aforementioned that "claimed" to be empathetic to my conversation and said that someone would contact me within 48 hours to address my concerns - today is Friday, that was Tuesday... Terminix is a very matured company.. Therefore, the customer service definitely needs to improve.

We signed up an annual pest control service with Terminix five months ago and we are very pleased with the services. I have no problems scheduling a service call whenever I needed. The service is provided by Saul Adams and he is prompt and courteous. Saul always asked what do we need and he will help us mediate the issues. Saul always provided outstanding services to us and definitely deserves a five stars rating from us.
