We have Tony as our technician, and he is amazing. We wanted to go with some more humane options for the furry friends in our house, but wanted to show no mercy with the creepy crawlies. He's happy to work with and around the work our other wildlife removal folks do to keep us free of bugs. He's in and out in a flash and always does good work. He alerts us before he arrives and gives us a thorough update when he's done. Thanks Tony and Terminix!

He took the time to notice entry points I would not have realized were there and he even sealed them off! We’ve had Tony come to our home for the past few years and we are so happy with his services. He’s extremely professional and kind and respectful of our home. That in itself is what’s more important to me; respecting my home. We contemplated saving on costs by cancelling our account with Terminex but Tony reassured us that is highly advised to continue services and he wasn’t pushy at all! He made us feel comfortable with our decision to continue. Tony always does a great job by alerting us of what was cleaned, sprayed, needs more attention to and responding to text messages. Called for an appointment after trapping 10 mice in 48 hours after moving in to our newly bought house in the middle of farm fields in Muskego. Rep showed up unannounced a day before we requested (blamed a pending storm the next day). He also left his measuring tape at a previous customer’s house and had to leave to go buy a new one. Quoted $12.5k to shore up the perimeter of our house ($5,000), remove the drop ceiling in the basement and dispose of it ($7,000), and set traps outside ($500). Rep did not go beyond that in terms of scope. When asked, he said he had shareholders to answer to and wouldn’t disclose what they would be doing. I had mostly tuned him out at this point but the quote to remove the drop ceiling and dispose of it was the last straw. My dad, uncle, and I removed the basement drop ceiling and disposed of in 5 man hours and the cost of a dumpster and some contractor garbage bags. Savings? $6,000+. I called Advanced Wildlife and they told me what they would do to shore up the outside and laid traps for $200. They told me up front an additional follow up visit 6-8 weeks later would be for the same amount. Savings? $5,100. We haven’t had but one mouse since the initial burst and it was in the garage … just haven’t gotten to replacing the old weatherstripping on the garage door due to the cold.

Anthony has done my services since I had issues with mice 2 yrs ago. He is polite, friendly, and texts if running late - he does a great job! He also wears a mask & booties if he has to come inside my home. Very considerate. Service can seem expensive, but I don't have to deal with critters and no more mice getting inside, I'm thrilled!

Their website says they handle skunks so I called about getting a skunk removed from my property. I made it very clear I had a skunk issue. Two weeks later (the day of the appointment) the contractor calls asking for clarification about my mouse issue. I said I don't have a mouse issue I have a skunk issue. He says they don't deal with skunks and doesn't have a trapper for them. I delayed my vacation by a day so I could meet them at my property. I tried calling Terminix directly since I know some of these jobs are done by a third party contractor. I call and the recording asks me to put in my phone number (I do) and then asks me to put in my zip code (I do) and then the line gets disconnected. I tried calling the branch directly, same thing. I will not be calling them in the future.
