I just wanted to edit my review previously. I used Terminix in the past and my appointment was with Sam who drove to my house to talk about what was needed. I recently reached back out to Sam for my grandmother who is stubborn and will not leave her hundred year old home for anything. So Sam came in to discuss the roach infestation and we have seen an unbelievable turn around after the home was treated. I have Sam’s contact saved and will continue to recommend this professional and this company.

Sam was beyond professional when he came into my home. He addressed the situation very quickly and was very knowledgeable about the bed bug problem I had. I have already told friends at church to contact him with any bug problems they come across.

Terminix did a good job. The quality of the insulation is excellent. The crew was professional; however, they left the house after completing the job without informing us. One issue that I found is that they did not level the insulation. In some places, it is a big mountain, and in some places, it is a very thin layer. It would be great if they can return and finish the job.

Had Arthur out for my initial service, and Alexander out for followup two weeks later. Both were super friendly and very personable and caring of the problem. Customer service is not good. I had bugs in my house and asked them to come out and was informed they could do the outside but not the inside because I had to wait another month. That was unacceptable. You raise prices but won't give extra service when needed.

Same as all other reviews. We brought in bed bugs with luggage, and called professionals. They came out once, took $1,700, then disappeared. Repeated calls...
