The guy came out to replace insulation in attic then put his foot through the ceiling! (Which we are paying 12k for their service) Has not been back to fix or return calls!! Can’t get a manager on the phone only Call Center. Which out in 6 calls for manager. Place sucks!!! Worse service ever!! Been two months since they put their foot through the ceiling!

Stephen Brennan does my house and he is very professional, on time, and he listens to any concerns I have. He also takes his time to answer any questions I have. 10/10 would recommend him for any job!😁

I am always notified ahead of time when they are coming to spray, they just don't show up. The person who regularly sprays my house is top notch. He is always friendly amd respectful when answering the door. He just doesn't barge right in and start spraying, he ask if we have noticed any problem areas. When spraying I do not feel like he is just going through the motions just to check a box. He takes his time to spray and look out for any issues inside or outside the house. Once done he always let's us know that he is done and if he found anything out of the ordinary.

I just received a robo call asking me to try your services for mosquito treatment. I cant for the life of me understand why you would think I'd want more services from you when I cant get you to service the account I have at present. You dont show up for appointments. Your guy shows up 3 days ahead of an appointment and then argues he had an appointment. 2 or 3 more appointments were a no show and even after I've talked to corporate office and the manager of local office, still no show. Meanwhile, now, I cant even get the manager to answer a phone call. Please, sir, DO BETTER.

Always reliable. Asks each quarterly visit for any issues and I usually don’t have any Sprays outer perimeter to prevent any issues. He (Jesse Bradley) came out one time when I called to get rid of wasps in the ground. He came out, put on his white suit and headgear and took care of the problem!😊

Michael did a fantastic job. He listened to our issues (Terminix scheduling is horrible), and he offered suggestions on how to handle it for the future. He also went out of his way to ensure all bait stations were installed properly and were good to go. This has not happpened in a while…again due to horrible scheduling and timing with Terminix. I would like to keep Michael as our primary POC for all things related to Terminix.

Installer was good, but didn't take the old pieces out (or up) Price is a bit high , not sure if I would do it again after seeing other prices.

Service for me was great. Josh has been my tech for a long time and does a tremendous job. If Josh was to leave the company, I would probably change companies.
