Our service tech came out today for our monthly maintenance, and he went above and beyond expectation, painstakingly addressing existing wasp nests and clearing eaves. He had excellent customer service skills and was very respectful and pleasant as he explained all that he did for us today.

The Terminix people we have dealt with over the years have been a pleasure to work with. They are obviously well trained in the treatment needed around our home and get the job done.

We had Terminix come out to treat a wasp problem, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The technician was on time, very professional, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and what to expect. He thoroughly treated the area and made sure all the wasp activity was handled. We’ve already noticed a big difference and feel much more comfortable outside now. Highly recommend Terminix if you’re dealing with wasps or any pest issues—great service and very knowledgeable!

They told me up front they didn't have wonderful luck with Asian beetles. I have found tons of dead ones but still have live ones every day. I am certainly not unhappy. I was just expecting unrealistic things.

While there are noticeable gaps in communication between the local branch and the corporate office when it comes to scheduling, the branch manager is very responsive when I reached out directly. The technicians are also courteous, especially Spencer who is exceptionally personable and knowledgeable. By his own admission he’s “a talker”, but we appreciate how he took his time providing a thorough inspection and detailed explanations.

Schedule a consultation to have someone come out and inspect our attic for rodents. An initial text was sent asking to confirm and I did. No one came within the given timeframe and I was not contacted at any point regarding why no one showed up. Would not recommend doing business with this company. Very unprofessional.
