While there are noticeable gaps in communication between the local branch and the corporate office when it comes to scheduling, the branch manager is very responsive when I reached out directly. The technicians are also courteous, especially Spencer who is exceptionally personable and knowledgeable. By his own admission he’s “a talker”, but we appreciate how he took his time providing a thorough inspection and detailed explanations.

Schedule a consultation to have someone come out and inspect our attic for rodents. An initial text was sent asking to confirm and I did. No one came within the given timeframe and I was not contacted at any point regarding why no one showed up. Would not recommend doing business with this company. Very unprofessional.

I will NEVER do business with them again. I was told 213 was 2 sprays and I would be charged after the 2nd spray. I have animals I have to lock up and find a place to go when they come. I go through all the trouble.. They tried to cancel my 1st service after and explained the trouble I had to go through. they showed up. They did not show up the 2nd spray and I was charged. Then they were supposed to show up today and told me it would be next week. after once again I went through all the trouble. 1. Was not supposed to charge me until my 2nd spray was complete (to which I never got) 2. Made me go through all kinds of hoops for them to come and they ALWAYS cancel or move my date. Now the lady says I will not get my money back all though I never got my full service for the month that I was not supposed to be charged for anyways until i got it and it was complete. Very unprofessional
