I like Terminex because they keep their communication easy. They call when they're on their way. Don't have to be home, text if they see any issues. Leave invoice at the door. Most of all they know when to come out. My service man William is really nice. Keep up the good customer service work. Thank you William.

A nice guy showed up for my annual termite inspection , but he did so unannounced , which is not normal. He inspected my crawlspace with his cellphone light because he said his flashlight was not charged. He could not find one of my bait stations. So he said he would just put in a new one. This was after a brief search and because his sensor was also not charged or working. Turns out he put the new one in about three feet away from the old one which I found about two days later after it rained. All in all , not up to par with normal terminx service.
