Daniel was awesome! He was very thorough. Checked around the house both inside and out. He took care of the termite mud tube. Explained how the gel insecticide worked to kill the termites and hopefully the queen. What to look for in the coming weeks/months and what to keep an eye out for if I need to have him come back. He was on time, professional and friendly. Overall and exceptional experience!

Even though he came to pick up the bait traps (as I have cancelled my service with Terminix), he was very professional and demonstrated superior customer service skills.
