Myl communicated changes in his arrival time and let me know when he was 30 minutes out. He answered all my questions and clearly explained the process. He went out of his way to make sure I understood the reason for particular placement of the bait stations. He left his work areas clean when done. Myl was a great technician.

The initial inspection was conducted promptly by Kevin O. No issues there. Technician Canyon H. did his initial pest control measurements on December 2nd. The scheduled follow-up visit was to take place on December 5th, but I received a text message from him informing me that he had to cancel due to illness. I responded with my well wishes and inquired about the new date and time for the visit. However, no further communication has been received. I strongly advise against recommending this company to anyone. I paid nearly $2,000 for a service that was not delivered.

I like the fact I can text them if any issues arise, and they always message me a couple days beforehand about when my upcoming appointment is. Definitely recommend Terminex!

I have been with Terminix for a year now and have had a great experience. My technician, Edgar Payeras, is fantastic! He is incredibly friendly and always takes the time to listen to my concerns about my home, offering the best recommendations for any issues. He is attentive and never makes me feel like I am asking too much. Edgar was always punctual, and I never had any issues with him. I am truly sad to see him transfer to another area of Houston because he has been so helpful to me and my family. I’m even considering moving to his new area just to keep him as my technician! Lol he will be miss and I hope he knows he was very much appreciated.
