Mitchell was amazing. Very polite, great attitude, professional, highly educated in his profession, and THOROUGH! Out of five stars, I do not hesitate awarding him 10. In addition to being thorough on his termite inspection, I followed him around out of curiosity and visited with him. Again, very thorough and educated me. He found an area around the exterior perimeter of the house that was indicative of rodents. I asked him to pursue, and we walked the perimeter of the house, and using a mirror, he pointed out gaps at the base of the frame of the house that met the concrete slab. In the 22 years, I have been in this house, and many years with Terminix, no other Technician has ever done that. In no way was he trying to upgrade or make a sale, but offered assistance. He offered to put me in contact with one of his colleagues and obtain an estimate, so that I can compare prices. So awesome! The technician Justin is amazing !He not only accommodated the time I could have him do service at 6am, but he made sure to put the lock on my back gate before he left. I have 3 dogs that can easily push open the gate if not properly secured! He also took the time to find all the areas of concern with ants! Thanks for superior service Justin!
