Daniel was awesome! He was very thorough. Checked around the house both inside and out. He took care of the termite mud tube. Explained how the gel insecticide worked to kill the termites and hopefully the queen. What to look for in the coming weeks/months and what to keep an eye out for if I need to have him come back. He was on time, professional and friendly. Overall and exceptional experience!

I can't recall when I have encountered an individual who genuinely cares about the customer like he does! He is an asset to Terminix...I'm so glad he was my annual termite inspector today! I have been with Terminix for 20+ years and he is by far someone whom I feel very glad to know! I had not had a great experience with the Scottsdale office a few years ago and was very disappointed with their local management when I had a termite issue. Daniel is an excellent tech! Calls or text prior to showing up and leaving! Always ask if we have any specific concerns or seen any activity so he can address it! Also always remove spider webs and on the corners by the front door!

My initial contact with Terminix Scottsdale was with Josh (in sales). He knows his stuff. He was able to reassure me re the situation after he did the inspection . And again because I knew nothing about these things he was able to explain everything about the process. He made an unpleasant situation more tolerable because he is so well trained in his field and pleasant to work with. The workers were all very professional and Daniel in particular was very knowledgeable and patient. I had a lot of questions that he answered fully. Reassuring me that Terminix had my best interest. Doing a thorough job is important to me and he and the other workers did that. Having Rodents in your house is unsettling to say the least. I was happy I chose Terminix to do the work To get rid of them. Thanks!
