Be aware. We purchased home that previous owners had an account. Terminix offered to send tech out to show us their program and what they did. We never signed up for service. Last month we got a notice from collection company that our account was overdue. We never had an account. We never had service. We never asked for pest control. Now we have a collection company going after us for $34.99 and its hit our credit report. (it started at over $1,000) One month ago I spoke with ARM Solutions, their in-house collections company. They agreed this was all incorrect and we should never have had an account. They sent in-house letter to their in-house billing department with all the notes and details. They said they would do two things. Get me confirmed receipt of zero dollar balance in writing. Get me details showing this was removed from Credit Reporting. I just received bill with balance. Beware of this company, as very unethical to set up account and service with no contract or agreement. Very challenging to get removed even given the fact they agree and account or agreement was never made. Most agents I have spoken to almost unintelligible due to language challenges. I will keep this review up as long as I have to wait for resolution in writing. Many companies here to get pest control, I would not choose this one if you want it to go smoothly. Not surprised. Email below is not valid. All department weak I see. Consumers beware. 3 Months of pain with this company Terminix in Tucson. And the number I was given for local Tucson Terminix was a wrong number in Georgia. oh my!

Joshua came out and did my inspection and quote. And I love that they offer insurance just in case they miss something, it pays for any damage found from pests If its missed during inspection. I wish I bought it for the home I just purchased. Found out 1 room was INFESTED! And the seller covered up the damage very well. I had 3 pest companies come out and no one could tell. Truly nolan, Bill's, and Terminix. Nick was my tech and was very thorough and helpful. Let me tell you, it is dang hot here and digging trenches and putting in bait traps is hard, especially in this heat. And getting up in crawl spaces to check for pests. I am so appreciative of these two! For truly caring about what they do and being so incredibly helpful, thorough, and personable. Nick was out in my yard digging in 100 degree heat and then in a heavy monsoon rain. Give these gentlemen a raise. They are incredible! Thank you so much guys.
