We were surprised by what our technician, Anthony, found on a thorough inspection of our property for pest ingress points, so we purchased the exclusion service. Joshua came out to lead the work, and we were impressed with how clean the work was, leaving no mess, no waste, and no unsightly or untidy workmanship. Most visibly, we've seen a complete falloff of bird droppings under where they had congregated previously, courtesy the fill material the crew installed; it is a product we'd never heard of before, and it is clearly effective. We are pleased with the service and would recommend this process to any homeowner. In fact, we think this work should be a standard practice for any new build, and these technicians are the right ones to consult.

What a terrible thing to find termites all over you carpet tack strips. Jason eased my mind as soon as he inspected the area. Since the house is under their warranty he got right to work and flooring installers can begin working within a couple hours. Jason was very professional and helpful. A+ for his effort.

Victor from Terminix did a great job today for my home and yard! we had a night time visitor most nights. Didn't know if it was a mouse or a lizard. Had already clear the recurring poop. Victor asked for a description. Described it to him. He assured me it was a mouse. Victor gave me 3 complementary old style old style traps. Set up one last night. The trap captured the little guy overnight. Thank You Victor.

Victor is truly professional technician. He listen to the customer needs and concerns. He then explains options if any, course of action, suggestions etc in a clear manner. Excellent knowledge of his job and company’s capabilities. He has been our tech for several years now and hopefully for many more to come. Always alerts when he’s coming out or any schedule change. He was and is, instrumental on bringing a pack rats problem under control I had a couple years ago. Great job whether I’m home or not. I highly recommend him, 5 Stars not high enough….
