Worst experience ever! They did not show up for several (4 or 5) appointments where they were supposed to finish a job they started. This resulted in ruining of insulation they left on the ground, approximately $600 worth. They told me the cost would be a certain amount but charged an additional almost $1900, which they forged our signature to. . They flat out lied! I waited home for hours and one guy had the nerve to say he knocked on the door and I didn’t answer. We have cameras front and back of our house and he did not show up. I have texts of the guy saying he’d be there at a certain time but he didn’t show up. These guys are scam artists. I’m really disappointed! I expected better. And before you tell me to call someone at the main office about this I already have and haven’t heard from them. You suck Terminex.

Brian with Terminex was thorough. Garrett with Terminex is friendly but doesn't finish the job. He's not the only one. Several other people besides Brian that was assigned to our route think that just showing up and spraying outside counts. That is not $125 worthy. For that much a month I want Brian Back. Spraying outside does nothing especially when it is either raining at time of service or right after. For example, Garrett sprayed outside last week and a few days later there is a roach in my bathroom. I also expressed that we had rats in the carport and laundry room and Garrett didn't leave anything for that. I had to call him back, as the only reason I knew he would as there spraying outside is because my ring camera caught him. There is a rabbit in a cage right where he sprayed. In a nutshell. Rated a 7 because depending on your service tech...you may or may not receive the services they say on the emailed report they did...in my case with Garrett you do not. I rate my most recent experience with Terminex a 3.

Terminex wasted my time. Expecting am 0800 appt only to find out the schedule appt was never available and they rescheduled my appt for 48 hrs later without any notification whatsoever.
