Terminix: TERMINATED! I recently canceled my Terminix account. My requests for weekend service are routinely ignored. My last service was only partially completed and I was billed for my entire property. I texted the technician and informed him that he never checked in and never serviced the back yard. No response. When I called to cancel the customer service rep told me twice that she was sorry. I was then transferred to someone else for cancellation of my account. I was offered a reduced rate for continued poor service. No thanks. Oh, I pre-paid for termite control as well. I was told I may as well keep it since I'd already paid. Again, no thanks. What's about all services guaranteed? And what about those trusted, caring technicians? Hasta la vista, Terminix! And I WON'T be back!

Kristoffer provides excellent customer service. I am not at the house as it is being restored due to a house fire. When he came to spray he found a package that had been tossed over the fence into a puddle by the delivery driver and he put it in a safe location for me. I really appreciated that.

Be very wary of signing contracts with this regional office . Terminix as a corporation will stand behind the men in this office and you will get absolutely no help from corporate.the person who comes to your home is not a certified technician or an actual inspector - Alexis from corporate informed me that he is a sales person and should not be representing himself As anything more than that . They use a sub contractor to do insulation work . These people travel in from other areas . They do not do clean work , the particular crew that did the insulation in my attics showed up with broken equipment, had a full bag of insulation burst in my driveway and they didn’t clean everything up . I was told our attic was “infested” and that we were “sleeping under a mouse litter box” . Two mice were captured in the attic and two in the garage to date . The boys that took out all the insulation saw zero mice during the clean out . The technicians that did the remediation also saw no mice while they were up in the attics . The managers of this location are not willing to be helpful at all and the one phone call I did have with the regional manager of this location was done off a cell phone , no recording of the conversation. He was condescending and a bully . I didn’t ask for a lot and until today was choosing not to take to social media , but buyer beware . They get away with a lot. I’d look elsewhere . It’s been a terrible experience all the way around and I’m stuck paying an 8.000 and change contract for absolute garbage work .
