Service is ok and mostly effective for insects. Feel like overpriced for being here maybe 15 minutes. They said in contract a selling feature that they’d knock spiders all around house eaves quarterly and this has NOT been done unless I ask. Regular service tech is good but company needs to train new techs better and have better notes in file for tech stepping in.

My technician is Charles McKinney, he is the most cordial person and very attentive to detail. He lets me know when he’s coming to service our house, gives me a couple hour window and is always very punctual to keep his appointment. Our experience with Terminix has been a great one! Charles is taking very good care of us and appreciate his service! I pay for the year, forgot what the fee is, that’s why I didn’t put anything on that third question!

Reps are personable, listen well, & execute on any concerns. They also make appropriate suggestions to help us maintain a bug-free home & gopher-free yard. This is not the most inexpensive servicer. I have found it to be the most consistently effective servicer, however. We have used them almost 5 years. I can honestly say any concern we've voiced to them has receive quick & effective results. I'm taking the time to write a review, because it is no longer the norm to receive good customer service. When we are blessed to experience good customer service, we should acknowledge it. Thank you Roger Montoya for a job well done!

I had a great experience with my Terminix technician, Charles McKinney. He arrived on time, was professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he planned to do. Charles thoroughly inspected the area, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan before he left. I really appreciated their attention to detail and respectful attitude toward my home. Excellent service from start to finish—I would definitely recommend Terminix based on this experience.
