Our technician Kyle is always reliable and very communicative about services provided, and excellent at letting us know when he will be arriving even texting when he’s on his way ( so appreciated since we have 2 dogs). Kyle is very detailed in assessing the exterior. We are up against a canyon and since using Terminix no critters have been spotted and insects are at a minimum!

We’ve used Terminix pest control since our home was built, even before we moved into it. That’s been over 26 years ago and I don’t have a reason to stop using them. The one constant factor has been our technicians. We’ve only had 4 or 5 since we began using Terminix and they’ve all been great. Our current tech, Patrick, is flat-out amazing; it has to be almost or even over 10 years now that he’s worked with us. He’s professional, always on time and in communication, and he’s very friendly and just ‘all-around nice.’ Terminix has the national backing of a large corporation combined with the feel of a local, small town business.
