We Had an Emergency in ZIP 92604 – Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience Terminix used to provide professional and high-quality service, but this recent experience was unacceptable. We had an emergency and scheduled an appointment, but no one showed up to assess the situation. I followed up with two phone calls, and even the phone representative was shocked at the lack of response. Despite paying for this service every month, no one took responsibility, and the appointment was canceled a second time without any clear communication. This is sickening and irresponsible. In a time-sensitive situation, we expected reliability and professionalism—sadly, Terminix failed on both fronts.
