Mike our Terminex technician has always been respectful when he comes to our apartment building for service. We set up an appointment quarterly to have our units sprayed inside and out. Mike has always given me a timeframe and then he will call or text me 20 minutes before he arrives so I can meet him instead of waiting at the property for hours. Our tenants feel comfortable with him entering their apartment. I would recommend Mike to anyone looking for pest control.
