Eliminate Pest in Ceres, CA

They were selling in my neighborhood while we were doing some major work. We had a brief conversation and I said no we are not interested and have work we have to finish. He called me rude. When is Terminix entitled to my time? It was hot and I had a lot of work to do and multiple people working. Teach your people some manners. If you read this google all the Terminix lawsuits as well. Eye opening.

James Hudson is the best technician! Great company to work with. My family and I have enjoyed working with Terminix for years.

James is great! He’s super informative and is great about communicating the day before my appointment and the day of my appointment. I work from home so he will send texts to update me instead of ringing the doorbell which is greatly appreciated since I take calls and am on meetings.

Jesus took very good care of us. Came out quickly to address a rodent situation. Had his crew out to take care of it, they did excellent work.

Normally when pest control walks around they are very pushy and never listen to what I am saying! It’s always about the sale and not the customer! Daniel Matthew arrived for my homes first spray! What a great person Daniel is! Great first time experience! Great attitude! Answered all my questions! Very respectful!

Crooks, they will try to scam you out of your money if you request a cancelation (by not canceling it but telling you they did). They do not give you proof of anything or receipts and make it impossible to dispute or get a refund. Predatory business, there are many smaller pest control companies that do a excellent work and are cheaper. I recommend California Pest Control, they've been very good.
