I live in crescent city and you guys have no called- no showed for 4 separate appointments, come to find you just continue to try and send a truck out of Redding vs Humboldt. Redding is 5 hrs from crescent city and Humboldt is 1.5. What is the sense in that and how have you not figured this out yet ? I had a rude service representative basically just tell me “ we won’t service your area, period “ and refer me to a made up supervisor by the name of Jake … who he also said could choose not to call me if he didn’t feel like it. I’m starting to feel like this number is not a legitimate number OR service. Do not try calling these guys if you live in or near crescent city. This is a horrible service

We are very happy with James Hudson services he goes beyond his duties to satisfy his customers, I happen to know some of other customers and they also are very happy with him. Was scheduled for a multi-point and termite inspection on June 2. Stayed home all afternoon; no show, no call. Called customer service the next day and was told by the rep that messages would be left with the appropriate reps. Called again a week later and was told that I'd been rescheduled for June 12. First I'd heard of it. Didn't work with my schedule so was told the local rep would be in touch to reschedule yet again. Still nothing. Meanwhile I was billed and the money taken from my account. Easy to see where your priorities are. What's going on here?

My Service Technician Israel reached out to me personally a few days prior to remind me of my upcoming service appointment. He also arrived in a timely manner and did a thorough job. He later notified me when he completed the service and sent pictures of some of the treated areas which was very nice to receive.

Our technician Israel Garza went above and beyond for us today and really helped us out! Not only was he punctual and thorough with his work he notice my front door was left wide open and called me to notify me of his attempts to locate someone at home. When I had trouble reaching someone in my house to get the door closed he politely offered to wait there until we got ahold of someone or close the door for us. Excellent customer service and very professional.
