My initial interaction with Jay was positive. After introducing himself, I showed him around the property and explained my expectations and the current state of any pest issues, of which there aren’t currently any. Once we had sufficiently communicated, he began his servicing the property. He did everything as hoped for and took the time needed to do it thoroughly. Overall , it would be unjustifiable if I were to NOT give Jay a Five Star review based on our recent interaction. I cannot think of a better initial visit than his recent visit to our house. He is off to a great start on this route IMO.

Terminix has been AMAZING their service exceeded our expectations. Our in house service provider Andrew was the BEST he explained everything to us with his extensive knowledge and made us feel comfortable with the service he provided. We would highly recommend Terminex to anyone having an issue with insects or rodents. They are the BEST in our opinion. Andrew is such a pleasure to deal with. He is upbeat and very professional. He gets the job done.

Ken has a great wealth of knowledge and is willing to share while he works. House border sprayed and webs removed. Visit was unexpected due to early (2 month) arrival. Notice of visit by text was less than 16 hours. Staff great, corporate not meeting my expectations.

ALEXANDER was supposed to be at my home between 6 and 7pm for an inspection. He didn't show, nor did he even communicate that he would not be arriving. NOTHING. Completely and utterly Unprofessional. Quite annoying also since the appointment with Terminix required that I carve out time and arrange my evening for the appointment to take place. Shaquanda and Kristina were super helpful when I called to reschedule. Kristina rescheduled with MANUEL. Hopefully he is not as irresponsible and unprofessional as Alexander, and will actually show, and COMMUNICATE. If this Branch reaches out in response to my comments above, I really hope that they don't give me a "we value our customers and we apologize for the inconvenience" lip service.

Extremely Disappointed with Terminix Service and Lack of Response I am extremely disappointed with Terminix's service and the company's complete lack of follow-through and communication. In April, I requested Terminix service for our home. We signed up on May 3, 2024, and a technician came to spray the outside of our house on May 4, 2024, during an intense rainstorm, though we never actually saw them. Unsurprisingly, this had no effect, and the promised cleaning of the eaves was not completed. There was no follow-up to address this. We then had indoor service on May 16, 2024, and our family was inconvenienced by being asked to leave the home for three hours. Again, this treatment had no effect. I called to request treatment for bugs in the garage, and a technician was scheduled to come on May 30, 2024, but did not show up, nor was there any follow-up communication. After contacting the Redding office and receiving no response, I canceled the service on June 3, 2024. I directly contacted the branch manager on June 6, 2024, and June 10, 2024, but received no follow-up on the refund. I called Terminix customer service on June 20, 2024, and was told the branch would contact me within 24 hours. No one contacted me. On July 2, 2024, I called again and was told the branch manager would be in contact within 24 hours. Adding insult to injury, I received a bill for exterior services dated June 4, 2024, despite having canceled the service on June 3, 2024. No such service was provided on June 4. Given that we received no benefit from the service and did not receive the contracted help, and multiple promises from the local manager that he would follow up with us. We contacted the corporate office twice, and they said we had to work it out with the local branch. We have reached out multiple times and even came in person to the local Terminix location, and we were asked to write an email to the manager, which we did. We are about 6 weeks into this, and continued promise of follow-up and no action. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, to say the least. I urge Terminix to address this issue promptly and improve their customer service and communication.

Scott arrived at my home just as I was leaving. He explained exactly what he needed to do. He added that if I had any questions he would be happy to answer them and provided his number. He also told me that if he needed to take additional steps, he would take care of them. Very nice gentleman.
