I have always had excellent service from Terminix. Recently I had a new technician assigned, Miguel, and he is awesome. He has really been a huge help with a recent rat infestation going through the options so I could make the best decision here on the 2 1/2 acres. The only thing I would say is that sometimes just as I get to know a tech and they get to know the property they move on, hopefully getting promoted and moving up as they have all been great. I hope Miguel is around for a good little while!!

Ixavier and Steven are exceptional and truly 5 star representatives of your firm. Ixavier is personal, easy to talk to, and extremely knowledgeable in rodents abilities to enter my home. A top class individual!! Steven is an excellent worker and has the ability to locate even the most remote rodent entryway. Both gentlemen are extremely competent. I hope they are the ones who come back should I require service.

He took the time to thoroughly inspect my property, identifying potential entry points and areas of concern. As a customer/homeowner, they’ve provided helpful feedback and terrific service to ensure my property is being well kept for various issues. We had termites about a year or two ago, but after performing some spot treatments along with a heat treatment on our house, we haven’t had any issues thus far.

We have been using Terminix for years for the following reasons: 1. technicians consistently text or call a day or two in advance of the appointment 2. The cost is reasonable for seniors 3. The most important reason is Mr Arthur Johnson who is the technician that services are home. Mr. Johnson is courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. BestCustomer Service ever.

They have been charging us for four months for a service we never agreed to or knew about. We understood that they would come to our home three times, and never again, and had no idea it was a monthly subscription. Additionally, during the times they came, they were not agreed upon times and sometimes they would simply not show up. Overall, my roommate and I’s experience with them has been awful.
