Technicians are good, but the office seems a little disorganized. This is due to missed meetings, discussion about bills being unknown to office, incorrect bills being sent out. Almost like corporate is doing things, but not informing the local offices or as if there is a disconnect between corporate systems and local systems. They do eventually figure it out, though.

Rodent control was great, everything else is a scam. I recently cancelled my service since the pest control guy didnt want to hear about the insects that were coming into my house. He just sprayed the outside of my house and finished in like 3 minutes. After cancelling due to the poor service they charged me again. I requested a refund for the canceled service and they denied my request which Im not surprised. I have taken pest control to clark and they have been great. I will have to change rodent control to clark services.

Phillip Juarez is a great employee of Terminix. He always calls before the vist, tells me what he is doing with the bait traps and gives me the status of each of the 12 traps. Today he replace 2 for mold and low bait and 3 for termite activity and lower level of bait and mold. Phillip is always pleasant and careful and a joy to work with. I hope he is able to continue serving us in the future.

I have been using Terminix for about two years now. I originally started using them primarily for ants that were getting inside. I am happy to say I have not had a single ant get back inside since I have had the service, and have also noticed a drastic reduction in spiders. I have since added mosquito treatments seasonally, as they have gotten particularly bad in my area. I have primarily had Juan Reyes and Kurt Mathews perfom treatment services at my house, and both have been exceptionally professional, courteous and communicative. I always receive notice before arrival and updates after each treatment, with notes and suggestions. It is nice to have one less thing to worry about with my busy schedule, and while I don't mind bugs in nature they can stay outside where they belong. I have been extremely happy with terminix and their technicians so far and look forward to continuing my service.

Do yourself a favor and go with a company that actually gets the job done! TERMINIX IS NOT IT! Had them for 1 year and their recommendations did not work! Had employees showing up asking me what to do because they were told to show up but not what to do. Their customer support team lied and were very rude after trying to overcharge me. They canceled my contract early when I told them I was unsatisfied with their service and wasn't sure if I would be renewing my contract. Instead of doing a better job to keep a customer they canceled my contract without telling me. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY WHO VAULES THEIR CUSTOMERS AND ACTUALLY THEIR JOB.
