Today I had the most wonderful representative from your company Terminix come out to my home. He started with. He called me letting me know what time he would be here. Then he called me a little bit later to say he could come earlier, which I had requested, which is wonderful. His name is Felipe Mercado. He is a very professional young man very informative told us things that we had not ever been told by any other Terminix person and we’ve had Terminix for many years . He let us knowwhat to do to rectify situations. I feel that he did an extremely thorough and investigation for us. He offered us other services that Terminix had that we didn’t even know they had. We’ve been using Terminix for our quarterly service, and I can’t say enough good things about our technician, Charles. He is genuinely one of the friendliest, most professional service people we’ve ever worked with. He always sends a reminder ahead of time explaining when he’s coming and exactly what he’ll be doing, which I really appreciate. If we ever have questions, we can text him and he responds promptly and thoroughly. On the day of service, he always comes to the door first to say hello, check in with us, and ask if we’ve noticed any pest issues he should be aware of before he starts. He’s incredibly reliable — he shows up exactly when he says he will — and he never rushes. He also gives us a friendly reminder to keep our dog inside for a couple of hours after the treatment, which shows how thoughtful and attentive he is. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. Because of him, dealing with pest control is easy, stress-free, and actually pleasant. Five stars without hesitation.
