Because of Jessie’s attention to detail, her knowledge of insects, and her professionalism, it made me feel okay spending the money for the services comfortably. [Reposting my review from Yelp in 2017] HOME BROKEN IN TO, MORE HOME KEYS RETURNED TO ME THAN I HAD GIVEN. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I had Terminix tent my home for termites and my home ended up getting broke in to, robbed, car stolen, and they gave me back more keys to the home than I had given them. When I asked the manager about the extra keys returned to me he pulled up the report and read the description of where the keys were left and it did not match where they were actually left when I got them. The manager offered no explanation and said he would talk to the onsite workers. When the Terminix workers initially found my home broken in they didn't file a police report even though their tent was cut open and they didn't save any photos from the incident when I requested them later (I was out of town during the incident). Terminix left several large alligator clips used to hold the tent down on my property after removing the tent as well. I believe they saw the damage from the break in, called me, then left as soon as possible to distance themselves as quickly as they could from the incident. I asked for a partial refund from the Terminix manager because the tent was cut at an unknown time during the fumigation. He said he was certain they had gotten a "100% kill" even though he couldn't tell me exactly when the tent was cut. A week later I found termites in the side door attached to the house. The manager offered no explanation on the additional duplicate keys they gave back to me, and why several clips were left behind on my property. After that the manager stopped taking my calls. It was my opinion that someone from Terminix had something to do with the break in of my home. I want all the public to know my experience with Terminix so no one else will have to have this happen to them.
